This hotel was better in the past, during my stay the restaurant was closed in the evening and the breakfast was not so well as few years ago.

Good for one night stay on the way to somewhere else.

The location was a bit far from the nearest train station (stockerau station - 2.6km) for people who are on foot. But if you have a car then it’s no big deal as gas station is just next to the hotel. Even having bikes would help.

The apartment was clean, had AC and overall comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful with any questions we had. You can also purchase small amenities and snacks from the hotel.

In the early morning (06 AM) if you exit the hotel, you can't enter again, as there is nobody at the reception, you are at the mercy if other guests to let you back in.

Well the room wasnt cleaned yet when i arrived, after check in time. When i asked the cleaners who were close by they directly fixed it. The was no human for checkin, only some digital computer thing, iam 26 but this system sucks. I would like to meet a human who speaks some what english, not some computer in a 2x3 dusty hallway. The rooms are quit big but because the rest of the building is outdated the whole area looks a bit ghetto.

There wasn't air conditioner in the room in spite of that I reserved a room with that. The breakfast was so early and took only for 2 hours. It wasn't a big choice but it was delicious.

It's near to Wien and the motorway, everything is so close by car. The room was spacious. The staff speaks English too 🙂

Breakfast was a bit short - from hot meals only boiled eggs. Not much to choose from, but ok to have some sandwich. Strange to have sink in room but not in bathroom, so after shower - you go to your room to wash teeth :), ok if you are alone.

No reception. We had to check in by our self trough computer. We paid about 150 EURO per night and for this price I was expecting something better. I would call it two star hotel. Ladies working at the breakfast room was very, very nice and working hard. Btw Those two ladies was only employees I saw in that hotel trough my stay.

It is not possible to take a shower because the warm water is barely lukewarm. Light bulbs all not working, elsewhere only light bulbs. The room temperature is also quite low.

Location wasn’t good. Unless you have a car, there is no safe way to get there or leave without a car/Taxi. The bathroom shower leaks water from under the glass doors very easily. No check out available after 8am, you have to leave an enter out of the side door and no way to get back in from the front. No schedule on shuttle and good luck getting a taxi to the bahnhof (which is a short distance) without paying $40 or more.

The room and bathroom were fair and comfortable.

The bathroom itself was ok, but the shower was dirty with broken door, that did not really closed during showering. The room had window into some other hotel hall, not outside, so it was pretty much impossible to let some fresh air in. At the same time there were some teenage kids staying at the same floor and where very loud until late in the night and stopped only after me and several other hotel guests ended up telling them off at midnight to finally stop and let other people sleep. I liked my previous stays at Kaiserrast, but this time, the room and the whole stay was a disaster.

If you have a bit delay at the leaving, you are unable to meet the reception, you are unable to give your key back. However, the ladies at the next-door flower shop are very helpful to manage this situation :-)

Excellet Hotel. Nice Rooms and Perfect Breakfast. I m very thanksfull to Mr. Leon Kaiser and Christoph to pick me up at Stockerau Railstation on Sunday, because no availabitily of taxis.
