The breakfast was outstanding. The location was beautiful and the accomodations were wonderful!

The apartments are located in a very picturesque location, surrounded by the Alps. Very friendly and communicative staff. The breakfast was amazing! Car parking right next to the apartments.

The staff were lovely!! The breakfast was delicious. A wide variety of items were available to choose from in a spacious kitchen area. Fresh eggs cooked to your liking as well. The room was very spacious and accommodated the three of us comfortably. The views were spectacular! Visitor center to enter the Hohe Tauern National Park was very close by. Wish we stayed longer.

The only drawback was carrying luggage up 2 flights of stairs but was doable.

The staff was extremely helpful with everything from making breakfast wonderful to offering hiking ideas. We were always greeted with a smile. Staff seemed genuinely interested in making our stay the best it could be.

Wolverhampton was extremely welcoming and friendly. A credit to Kaiservilla. Room was lovely with a wonderful view. Breakfast was delightful too.

Beautiful village tucked between the mountains and perfect accommodation to spend the time there. Really friendly staff, beautiful view from the rooms balcony and tasty breakfast. The downside for us is only staying for one night.

The rooms were extremely spacious and the breakfast in the morning was amazing! So much to choose from! The staff were so accommodating as well!

Everything was perfect

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the area. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options, and it was served by a very competent and attentive lady who made the experience even better. A special mention goes to the reception staff—the gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome from the start. Overall, a truly pleasant experience—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Excellent hotel, just outside the center of the village. Friendly and competent staff. Large and comfortable rooms with a great view to the village and the mountains. Free private parking next to the hotel.

Nothing major. The floors are a little creaky, as it's an old building.

Heatwave on, so room a bit hot (no ac nor fans). Was able to get good nights sleeps so not a big deal :)

Beautiful building and room, wood everywhere. It was very cozy and with a nice view on the mountains. Breakfast was excellent, a lot of options to choose from. Very nice little spa with sauna and relax room.

The hotel is beautiful and our room had a balcony with an amazing view of the mountains. Sitting there in the evening with a glass of champagne watching the stars at night was a really lovely way to end the day. The staff are so lovely and the breakfast was very yummy with a great selection. We wished we were there for more than one night. Hope to be back 😀😀

The host and staff were so nice and made it feel really homey. Tasty breakfast, and the location is great for driving over the High Alpine Road.

The staff was super nice, we booked 2 rooms for 7 people but found out their were no sufficient beds to fit all of us but the owner just provided us third room for free and we are super happy about it
