Great location, right beside the bus stops. Alternatively a short walk to slopes and supermarket. Well equipped, clean apartment. Thoroughly recommend.

Pool could be a bit warmer

Location. Excellent for bus but also only a 5-10 minute walk to Maiskogel lift and centre of town Very comfortable with all amenities we needed. Plenty of towels, robes, crockery, toilet roll etc Good sized apartment. Good boot room and nice to have pool and sauna.

Nothing. However, we understood it was 3 bedrooms, but the 3rd bedroom was a mezzanine above the living area with a low ceiling. We had children and they were happy with it. But it might not suit adults or couples looking for a 3 bedroomed apartment.

Great location 5 min easy walk to ski lift and town centre. Also has a bus stop outside the door. The owners were very helpful and give great instructions. The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need. The swimming pool and sauna were a lovely bonus. We used them most evenings.

Chipped cups and burnt pan. Replaced immediately. Chewing gum stuck on wall and lamp. Better attention to detail as they ask for a €500 deposit but didn’t check when last clients stayed.

Nothing it was lovely

That it was clean although a bit difficult to find in the dark. Should emphasise their is a boot room in garage as we didn’t realise until 3 rd day and paid at the chairlift.

Facilities in the room are good. Although nice and clean the walls were ready for a lick of paint and quite a bit of the crockery was chipped, but this did not affect our stay.

Good size apartment. Nice and clean. Ski room, pool and sauna facilities were excellent. The under floor heating system is very good in the rooms. We were able to dry towels etc easily on the clothes horse provided. The apartments are in a good location, only a short walk to the town centre and a 5 min walk to the castle. The local bus stop is right outside the apartments also.

Great location, only a 5 minute walk to lift. The apartment was a good size and very modern and clean. Pool and Spa area were a great addition to our stay! Would highly recommend this accommodation and will be staying here again in the future! 5*

There were no towel rails in the bathrooms or toilet, so we had towels everywhere!

No hot tub which would be good after a days skiing, we couldn't find any scissors in our apartment.

Excellent location, good facilities, clean, welcoming. Building is warm and cosy, has under ground parking, lovely swimming pool and sauna. High end finish would good appliances. Good quality bedding and comfortable. Really good showers high pressure.

We had a strange experience booking. We originally booked Saturday - Friday, messaged to ask if we could add the Saturday, they said yes and we paid the extra, booked our flights etc. Then about a month before travelling I checked and the dates hadn't been updated, emailed them and they were pretty rude and just kept repeating the original dates and saying someone else was booked that Friday night, despite screenshots of the messages. In the end I contacted booking.com who contacted the hosts and sorted it all out quickly and the dates were updated. It was very stressful at the time though.

The apartment was amazing, clean, everything we needed, amazing location with buses stopping outside/across the road. The hosts onsite were lovely and very accommodating. Quick to help with issues like getting in and getting extra ropes.
