AustraliaBeautifully renovated rooms with ample space and everything you need. We had a small balcony and views from every window. It was quiet and very comfortable. The dining room and lounge are amazing as was the dinner and breakfast we had as part of the stay. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Lots of historic photos around which we love.

HungaryThe pillows were very high, we were given smaller ones on request. The hotel is non-smoking, but you can smoke on the balconies, which is very unpleasant for the neighbours. So there is no point in banning them.

CroatiaComplications during online check-in because of the city tax that wasn't charged by B.com and hotel couldn't collect it. Instead of fast and smooth check-in, we spent an hour calling customer service of Keyone company so we can pay city tax and get an access code for our key.
Staff was very friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, very welll equiped. Breakfast is also good.
