Breakfast buffet was really nice, but would have been nice to have a little more variety.

Everything, this hotel was a great little find. Beautiful authentic hotel sat right below the Großglockner. The room far exceeded our expectations, and the view from our balcony was stunning.

It's a bit strange not having any staff there as the hotel is gained through use of a key box, which was confusing at first because we didn't know where in the email to find our room number. It's not clear so they need to fix that. The lady that was there could not help, she just said, read the email".

Beautiful big room, gorgeous bathroom, very clean (although cleaners had forgotten to take rubbish out). Great view and location. Pool was lovely too.

It's beautiful location: by a river, surrounded by mountains, close to a little village where live orchestra played in the evening - magical! On-site restaurant and spa/pool - unfortunately we haven't tried these, a big regret. We're planning to come back

Beautifully renovated rooms with ample space and everything you need. We had a small balcony and views from every window. It was quiet and very comfortable. The dining room and lounge are amazing as was the dinner and breakfast we had as part of the stay. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Lots of historic photos around which we love.

The pillows were very high, we were given smaller ones on request. The hotel is non-smoking, but you can smoke on the balconies, which is very unpleasant for the neighbours. So there is no point in banning them.

Check in process needs to be improved. As no reception at the hotel it was a little bit tricky to check in.

Complications during online check-in because of the city tax that wasn't charged by B.com and hotel couldn't collect it. Instead of fast and smooth check-in, we spent an hour calling customer service of Keyone company so we can pay city tax and get an access code for our key.

Staff was very friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, very welll equiped. Breakfast is also good.
