This hotel is centrally located in St. Gilgen, with beautiful surroundings and clean rooms. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and the daily breakfast is very generous. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful spot. Fabulous host especially wife who owns and runs the hotel with her husband. Wonderful , expansive breakfast included in rate, very good restaurant, best ham made by owner who used to own associated butcher

The property is set in the middle of the square surrounded by trees. There is parking associated with the hotel a short drive away. The hotel is an old building but beautiful modernised with lovely rooms. There’s a good menu in the restaurant and a fantastic breakfast provided.

An exceptional hotel. Excellent location, near the bus stop and in the center of the town. Truly friendly and helpful staff. Room was super clean, renovated and considerably spacious. Breakfast was amazing, fresh and delicious. The hotel truly preserves the spirit of this amazing little town.

Very modern and clean rooms. Our room had no sheer curtains, only the night curtains so I felt a bit exposed to the adjacent houses if I wanted the day light to come in. Breakfast was exceptional, also Bus pick up location only a few minutes walk away.

Location in centre of town. The size of the room was excellent with balcony sitting area and window seat. Owners and staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good with excellent restaurant - compliments to the chef. Beautiful small town right on the lake. Stayed 8 days

Great hotel in the centre, cosy room with a large balkony and with everything you need, very kind staff and good breakfast. The chocolate bunny as an Easter present was a nice touch. I'll definitely be back.

beautiful family hotel. completely renovated. right in the center just 3 minutes from the lake. wonderful place to stay.excellent cuisine. rich breakfast. staff very kind and helpful. the room was clean and comfortable. large space. and that view of the lake and the mountains... perfect.

We did miss not having a kettle in our room as we would have liked to make a hot drink when the restaurant was closed. I will book direct with the hotel next time we stay and will not use Booking.com to book as the hotel did not receive my money from Booking.com for our stay despite my account being debited. I had paid 6 weeks before my trip and I had to pay the hotel again for our stay then get a refund from Booking.com when I returned to UK. So my advice to all future guests Book direct with hotel NOT BOOKING.COM

The location is good, at the Center of the town. Every morning we can hear the church bell. The hotel has a homely feel. We slept soundly every night!! We love the balcony too and room is big for my son to walk about.
