We loved everything

We loved everything, everything, everything. The staff is so helpful that they will do everything to fulfill your request. The small gestures that the hotel makes sure to provide are so pleasant. The hotel feels new. It is clean and shiny. The room is cozy and well-equipped. The bed is cozy and exceptionally comfortable. The wonderful breakfast is served in a cozy and inviting place. There is convenient and close parking. The view from the window is stunning and painted bright green. We were very sorry to leave. Thank you very much, Kershbaumer Hotel team.

The room is so big and tidy. The view outside the terrace is beautiful 😍 We can see lots of stars at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to Gosausee and Hallstatt. I enjoyed so much and i would definitely check in again next time.

We traveled back to Alps, so we booked this hotel already 2nd time in this year. First of all because its close to our hiking and via ferrata targets and also because we were satisfied previously with their services. Big clean room, tasty breakfast, evening saunas.. Also with issued summer card from the hotel, we've got free entry to Russbach water park and discounts to surrounding cable cars.

We were very pleased with our experience at this family hotel. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the location is perfect for traveling by car. As a bonus, they offer discounts and free visits to a private lake. The hotel owners are ready to help with anything you need and can offer advice on how to spend your time in the area. Keep in mind that there is no fridge in the room, but you can ask to store anything you need in the hotel's fridge at the reception.

Compared to the size and the overall quality of the hotel we found the breakfast a bit lacking in variety.

The room is clean, and even though not spacious, it is practical and well equipped. The hotel had a personal touch with reserved breakfast table and hand written goodbye letter. There are gluten free options for breakfast. There is also a great restaurant that belongs to the hotel about 200m from the hotel called Restaurant Weinstube.

Hotel is located very close to hiking trails which are reachable directly by walking or by car. We liked, that we had possibility to use sauna every day even it was hot summer. We also liked the size of the room, our bed was also very comfortable. We also liked, that we could visiting during our stay for free natural swimming pool, which is 3min walking distance from the hotel.

Spacious and comfortable room, great spa area (that is free to use!), lovely staff, superb atmosphere inside and outside of the hotel and for a very good price! You can't go wrong with this choice!

I really liked the wellness, I would just recommend to make it a little more intimate, be it just by less light… the light was very bright even inside sauna and it makes it harder to relax

The rooms were cozy and clean and the staff was very nice. We asked about lactose free yogurt and one of the ladies brought us soya yogurt the next morning! I really appreciated the wellness after skiing all day.

great location for skiing, the ski bus stops outside the hotel. Very comfortable and stylish room decor. Excellent breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and liked to chat with you at breakfast when it was quiet. Overall a very pleasant stay at an affordable price.
