We had booked three separate rooms, all costing the same, but two of them were very dated in decor compared to the other. Also two of the rooms were above the smoking area and bar/disco, so the rooms did smell of cigarettes and there was loud music playing into the night. This wasn't the best after a long day on the slopes!

The hotel was great. The staff, the restaurant, the quality of the food was great. We didn't eat out once as the food in the hotel was so good.

Loved the price and location. They even dropped off at the train station. The sauna and pool were very relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Everything you need for few days of relaxing in such fantastic alpine village can be found in this hotel! Wellness area including sauna and outdoor swimming pool with Mountain View and very good restaurant with live performances at night ! Definitely recommend this if you need relaxing and some quality time!

I was staying at the Wellness part of the hotel and there is an ongoing construction in the lobby, which was a bit loud at times and it got quite tricky when coming in with my luggage etc. I would have expected a heads up about this at reception, but was given no prior warning. If I had known, I would have booked the main hotel building.

The location of the hotel is excellent right next to the Spieljochbahn. The hotel is nicely equipment, the rooms are spacious and there are enough parking spaces. The wellness area is beautiful. I booked half board and the food was also fine, although having tried the hotel restaurant before several times, I was expecting a bit more.

From the complimentary glass of Prosecco when checking in to the gift when checking out, this is one of the loveliest hotels I have ever stayed in...and I've stayed in a few! The room was superb with neatly laid out quilts, slippers, dressing gown, sweets. There was small complimentary bottles of Prosecco and orange juice. The ensuite was lovely with plenty of toiletries. The breakfast room was vast, but very tastefully designed. The range of food on offer for breakfast was overwhelming! Outside there's a large patio area, ideal for sitting and relaxing after a long day travelling on my motorbike. All the staff were very polite, warm & welcoming, most spoke very good English. I'm booking again for next year to take my wife and we'll stay longer this time.

The restaurant was good enough, but I felt the breakfast lacked fresh juice and fresh fruit (they have but some seems canned). The staff felt as though they lacked a bit of man power (understaffed), however, they were always kind and gracious. And you can order eggs in the morning, which transforms the breakfast.

The spa facilities are wonderful! Much larger and encompassing than I expected- they have two areas one for adults and one for families. The hotel is quite large, and has great access to the ski bus. Reception is lovely, really friendly and kind.
