Not clear instructions what is building 1 and 2. Also garage spaces are too small for modern cars. Bathroom is moldy.

The hotel has several flights of stairs, although there is an elevator. The rooms are in House 2, so you have to walk quite a distance inside the building, which is somewhat confusing. There are no blinds, so light enters early in the morning. Although the breakfast is very good, at the third day, it is a bit repetitive, and I missed some more fruit.

Very good location, about a 15-minute walk from the Hofburg. Also very close to the Kettenbrückengasse metro station and the Naschmarkt. Spacious and well-lit room. Large windows overlooking a courtyard. Clean room, and towels changed every two days. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet space. The bathroom was a good size. The best part was the breakfast: very extensive, with both sweet and savory options (toasts, bread, different types of cheese and sausages, boiled eggs, omelette, different milks: whole milk, semi-skimmed milk, soy milk, etc.), and very good coffee. Reasonably priced for Vienna. They store your luggage after you leave the room at check-out. I would repeat this hotel without any doubt.

What I disliked: The floor in the room was dusty, and the noise from the street could be a problem if you’re a light sleeper. We were situated on the first floor.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Vienna’s famous food market and about 15 minutes from the Opera. There’s also a SPAR grocery store conveniently located on the ground floor. The staff were very friendly and professional. Even though I informed them about our arrival just 30 minutes in advance, they still provided us with a parking spot, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was simple but enough to get you going for the day. The hotel seems to be a repurposed campus building, which gives it a unique feel. If you're looking for a clean, budget-friendly place to sleep that’s close to the city center, I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The facility doesn't have air conditioning or a freezer, which makes it less comfortable and less practical. Also, the interior design feels plain and could be more exciting. The outside of the building looks modern and lively, but the inside doesn't match that impression.

The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance, including museums, the Opera, the main shopping street, a local market, and a supermarket conveniently located next door. The room is spacious, very clean and quiet.

There was no AC in the room, but they provided a stand cooler which was sufficient.

Cakes were not good at breakfast. Seemed to be bought from next door Spar market. Mattress and pillows were too soft.

Clean room and bathroom, lots of storage space. Quiet for a good sleep. Breakfast was basic eggs/ salami few cheeses and options of juice/ tea/ coffee/ bread

There was some dirt spots in bathroom on the first day and a spot of a sticky floor near the bed, but by the second day they cleaned it all.

The staff was amazing. My first room was facing the street, and was too loud for me, and they changed the room for me without any extra charge. The second room was completely quiet and cozy.
