Perfect location, good breakfast, clean rooms.

Great central location, just a short walk to the City center. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was really good.

L'emplacement, walking distance to opera, museum quarter, food nightmarket, super, savoy cafe. Excellent buffet b-fast included, helpful staff, I will definitely return to this hotel should i return to Vienna

Close to the city center and also Schönbrunn Castle. Good Feeling r see sightings. Breakfast was tasty.

Not clear instructions what is building 1 and 2. Also garage spaces are too small for modern cars. Bathroom is moldy.

There were a lot of the long dark women hair in the bathroom, on beds and towels. And in the bathroom was a bad smell during the all days that I was here.

Spacious room

I do not recommend this hotel. It is overpriced compared to other options in the city (almost double), yet the quality is very poor. The room has no air conditioning — only a weak fan — which makes it unbearable during a heat wave. The room itself feels very outdated, like something from the 1950s, and it was not even inside the hotel building but in a separate house far away, which gave more the impression of a student dorm than a hotel. When we asked at reception if we could shorten our stay to move to a better and cheaper hotel with AC, we were told nothing could be done since we had already paid. This left us stuck in a very uncomfortable situation. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel in the city. For the same or lower price, you can find much better quality, comfort, and service.

Scary hallway, no AC, but otherwise it was a nice stay :)

I like that the hotel was close to the train station. The breakfast was great and had good variety.

It had to be much easier to find the rooms. It was a big building and there should be signs & assistance to make life easier in hotels or hostels...

Very good location, about a 15-minute walk from the Hofburg. Also very close to the Kettenbrückengasse metro station and the Naschmarkt. Spacious and well-lit room. Large windows overlooking a courtyard. Clean room, and towels changed every two days. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet space. The bathroom was a good size. The best part was the breakfast: very extensive, with both sweet and savory options (toasts, bread, different types of cheese and sausages, boiled eggs, omelette, different milks: whole milk, semi-skimmed milk, soy milk, etc.), and very good coffee. Reasonably priced for Vienna. They store your luggage after you leave the room at check-out. I would repeat this hotel without any doubt.

The hotel has several flights of stairs, although there is an elevator. The rooms are in House 2, so you have to walk quite a distance inside the building, which is somewhat confusing. There are no blinds, so light enters early in the morning. Although the breakfast is very good, at the third day, it is a bit repetitive, and I missed some more fruit.
