Everything was top notch !!!

The "old world charm" was refreshing. The room was exquisite, lhigh ceilings and large, which is hard to come by in Europe. The staff was extremely accommodating. The best location, close to all and pubic transport. The breakfast was superb, with a great variety. We will be coming back to Vienna and to this hotel.

Dogs must wear muzzles in the hotel. It is unacceptable for them to bark and fight which was the case right next to me when we entered.

Location is unbeatable, for sure. Wall to wall with Mozart' museum, 2 minutes walk to Stephanplatz. Bed is nice, mattress is good and bathroom is huge size. Recommend

I thought the price for breakfast was extraordinarily high. To the point that we went out for breakfast! It was a bit bright in the room for me when trying to sleep, but nothing else to "complain" about. Overall it was good.

For sightseeing, this hotel was in an excellent location. You could walk to lots of things, or walk to the metro and easily get "further afield". I liked that the hotel was part of Mozarthaus! The hotel itself was quite beautiful.

The hotel doesn’t offer many facilities (no gym or pool), but the overall experience was great.

The curtains in the room were not really blackout curtains and I had a ton of lights in the room during night from the street lights. And also the sunlight will wake you up very early in the morning. Everything else in the room was fine.

We had a wonderful stay at König von Ungarn. In the middle of Vienna, literally, close to every place you'll want to see and near the best restaurants in the town. The room is recently restored but kept the "old air" of the place. The AC works perfect. Bathroom utilities, perfect. Comfortable bed and all of this at perfect soundproof! We loved the breakfast: fresh fruits, juices, pastries, cheeses and lovely coffee.

Traditional hospitality values are practiced daily; room was clean, bed linen crisp, white, and clean. 👌 Including breakfast buffets were delish, fresh; daily fresh breads were great.

The shower screen was fixed making access to the bath slightly difficult. On reflection a walk in shower room would have been better. Although slippers were provided there were no bath robes. Robes are cumbersome to pack in luggage and would have been appreciated.

Location was excellent & well positioned. Breakfast menu was good with extended breakfast times. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Relaxing bar area. Nice double aspect in room.
