A bit missied the jacuzzi. I have booked on the booking and in the advertising (between the pictures) I saw it but when we arrived the receptionist told us there isn’t. I was a bit disappointed.

The accommodation was very good, the staff are very kind, the environment is great.

Nothing really. Some additional cleaning products would be good in order to maintain the hotels request for a high level of cleanliness which we are more than happy to do anyway, but we did have to ask for additional dishwashing tablets and cleaning cloths for our length of stay (1 week).

Great location within walking distance to lift. Super clean and comfortable apartment. The bed was amazing. Adequate room to be able to chill out after a day of snowboarding. Enjoyed the indoor sauna. The kitchen bench is very small but still fine to cook. Having enough space to also stack dirty dishes or dishes that don't go in the dishwasher is another matter.

The only thing we would suggest to add are hangers for drying wet towels - the standing cloth drying rack is available , but we got our towels mixed all the time.

We stayed in the chalet No39. 4 bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom on ground floor. Generous and spacious living room with dining table and L shape sofa in the corner, connected with the kitchen. Kitchen is FULLY equipped with various utensils and kitchenware - I cook a lot and there was nothing I could be missing! Simply amazing, never experienced anything close to this. The house is new and well maintained and everything worked perfectly. Beds are comfortable, mattresses are just right soft. There was a heated hanger for ski boots, but with no air blowers, so moisture did not get out of the boots overnight and we had to take liners out of boots. This you can get solved by renting the box in the ski depot at the Intersport shop down next to the valley station (get there right as you arrive and book it). WiFi was great and the hot tub whirlpool with up to 40•C and infra sauna were fantastic.

The bathroom on the ground floor was very cold. Continous condensation on the windows on both floors. Perhaps not the best insulating windows were used. The house was on 18°C when we arrived. The bedrooms were heated up quickly, but to heat up the ground floor took almost one day.

Unfortunately, there are small, narrow spaces for packing clothes. We could not find the seat cushion for the seating set on the terrace. In the kitchen, you can only wash a few plates because the drip surface is small, we received 3 tablets for the dishwasher for 6 days. It would be necessary for grilling (gloves or a rag, which is no problem if it burns), so it is a bit dangerous. The sink is very nice and well-designed, but everything around it will be watery and you have a bath exit, there was no mop.

Nice apartment, good looking and comfortable. We were two big children, they had a separate room. They felt really good about it. The sauna and jacuzzi and the grill are excellent services for this apartment. There is a large terrace where you can sit out to talk or sunbathe. The garden is beautifully maintained. Robotic lawnmowers are funny.
