Please be careful when you are alone and bring a heavy baggage. Because you must take an upstair around 10 steps ahead, but it is still safe and supported by a lift until the room

The flat was clean, spacious, and well appointed. It was really easy to find and get the keys, and access the flat. The walk was a simple 25 min from the Krems station on just two roads, so no worries about getting lost! Owners were very responsive whenever I messaged, also. Great for a group of friends, would definitely stay here again if we return to Krems!

It was quite hot in the bedrooms as we went when the temperature was close to 35deg. Would be nice to have some sort of fan in this weather.

Very good communication with the hosts who responded to all requests and were very helpful. Very easy self check in. Very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, one has 3 single beds and the other has 2 single beds. There is also a spacious living room/dining/kitchen. The shower room is separate to the toilet which was not a problem for us.

Apartment was not cleaned during our 10 day stay and didn't have any cleaning equipment other dustpan and brush for whole Apartment. Floors of the apartment were not clean on arrival. We had an ironing board but no iron. Our request for it was declined. Kitchen equipment were sparce.

We had a problem with the key collection. The given code didn't work and when we called we were just told we had to wait. The communication was too bad. We were very hungry and worried that the restaurants would soon stop serving food, but we also couldn't leave because we didn't know if someone would come to solve the problem or what would happen. We were all really angry. We stopped receiving replies to our calls or messages, so we were worried we were tricked. Luckily within about 50 minutes we received a call from another person who was very nice and helpful and gave us a code for a different key. However, the story continued the next day when we again received a call from someone else telling us that we had the master key and needed to return it immediately (we were on a hike at the time). No appology at all for the previous day. We agreed to hand over the keys that evening. Luckily there were no more stories after that. But I have to say, it wasn't a pleasant experience. The apartment was really great, but the way the staff communicated with us was very unprofessional.

The appartment was really great. Very comfortable, spaceful rooms, well equipped, quiet place. It had parking place and it is located a few meters from a train station.

There were no blinds in my bedroom and the management did not provide this despite my request. The summer sun was too bright for me in the morning. I had to block the window towels.I was not happy with this.

it was unfinished, no washer and wires sticking out of the wall in the bathroom where lights need to be installed. the property is mainly used by workers, they gather in the early evening and drink which made it uncomfortable for my daughters. we had to call the locksmith because the door didnt work.

I don’t recommend book at this place. First of all, there is a lack of empathy of the personal. My mom had an accident the day before arriving and we tried to cancel and booking also tried to contact them, they never replied. However when I said we were coming to honor our reservation, they replied immediately. Also we asked several times for some amenities and they never replied to our questions ( pic below). Amenities are incomplete or doesn’t work ( ironing board we had to ask several times to bring one and at the end we found it and it did work. There is hair dryer. The tea maker doesn’t work and they are dirty. Neither of the two tea makers. The shower didn’t work. And the apartment was extremely dirty, we even found nails and hairs next to the beds. I won’t recommend for all of these things.

Spacious and tidy apartments, clean towels and bed linen, all as it should be. Favorable location, you can walk to the city center. Friendly hosts, enough parking spaces, all instructions were simple and useful. Definitely would stay again.

They have very little crockeries and cutlery. And demanded to leave the place clean but didn’t provide us with cleaning products (not even the basics … like WC cleaner, etc.) The beds were very uncomfortable too.

The view was better than I expected and floors and the surfaces were clean.

Great view on the prison, a few dozen meters away from windows. The interior was clean though the windows seemed not to have been cleaned for a decade. broken kettle, No broom, No bottle opener. Neither fan nor air conditioned (everyday temperature was 30-32 °C) No tv (the screen was there, but no reception) No microwave oven, No toaster, No kitchen stating kit : sugar, pepper, salt, oil, vinegar... Plates and cutlery in the required number pieces for one only meal for 4 people. No strainer. No plate or gloves for the oven. Electric induction stove , but the pan does not work on electric induction and only one other pot was provided. After 4 messages, it took the owner 2.5 days to send us a rough maid with a new kettle, one single fan and a small pan. Ridiculous.

The flat was clean and well equipped with towels, soap, dish washing tablets, sponges, etc. The appearance is very modern and the beds + sofa are very comfortable - the AC was great to have in the July heat.
