We had look forward to use the promiced washing machine...... but it did not work. We would also have liked to use the cofee machine- but it did not work either... No place to hang your bath towel after bath, and the draine could be better

Not much to say... Night stands by the bed would have been nice.

The room was comfortable, clean and everything seemed new. It was quiet despite being across from the train station. The shower was excellent. There were tons of power outlets and charging ports, and several lighting options! The shared kitchen area was perfect, with everything you could need.

Need to get a third curtain up to not get so much light in the morning. Also, shower doesn't drain very well causing water to spill out into main bathroom area. Overall still a nice stay.

No bikes signs all over the place. There is no place to leave a bike, just a railway station parking opposite. May be suitable if you dont want to see your bike ever again. Revenue protection notice listing all the fines and consequences instead of welcome sign. Really weird check-in, including signing a contract, going ahead and reading 5 pages of fine print, and looking like I am going to live there for a year, not staying for a night. Felt like proper business organisation place, not remotely related to hospitality. Finally, we received a requirement in writing to rate them 5 stars.

It was quite difficult to stand in front the door filling up the necessary data on their site. I dont see well, and i had trouble seeing passport number. Someone was rexting but didn't answer my calls. Communication could be better

However, cleanliness could be better, especially the bed sheets, which had clear makeup and other stains. With some improvements in cleanliness, this place could be a much better experience.

The stay was okay overall, but there’s room for improvement. The location was excellent, very convenient and close to everything I needed. The host’s attention and responsiveness were great, which I really appreciated.

Bathroom stinks. Poor ventilation results in wet, modly smell. Smaller downside are city street lights. Curtains are not black out type and room is quite light during the night. Other thing is that bikes are strictly prohibited in the room, which was not mentioned in the description, so we faced some issues due to this.

Very quiet. Shared kitchen was fully equipped including a washing machine. Couldn't store our bicycles but there was s bus station bike park facility across the road which we could use with the bonus being we could see them from our room window.

not bike friendly, room had an internal window that got light from the communal stair well, need to fill in stupid online for to get code to enter. bed was a loft bead and needed to climb 1/2 flight of stairs to get onto it.

The apartment is well-kept and clean. Located in a strategic position, close to the station and two minutes from the city center, it has recently renovated and very comfortable rooms. The self-check-in was very simple and the owners were available and reachable. Ultimately, I recommend staying in this property

The sheets were dirty (with hairs, not ironed…)! As soon as I found out, in the evening after my visit of the sorroundings, I contacted the staff which unfortunately was not helpful. I ended up putting towels on the pillow and matress to try to sleep a bit… i asked for compensation/refund but I was met with no valid answers, ignoring what happened. The place would have been perfectly fine but dirty sheets and no refund / comepensation attempts…(they offered me a late check out that was completely unuseful for me and that doesn’t compensate at all in any case the lack of such a basic feature)…That’s just not acceptable.

It’s near the station. Good position considering Krems is a very small town. Rooms are fine…If it wasn’t for…

The first thing I noticed about the room was the reeking smell of cigarettes, and the AC was set on 30°C. It smelled like someone had just smoked in there, and curiously enough the smoke detector was covered neatly with a plastic bag. Maybe the previous guest has smoked inside, still I am not sure why it still smelled so badly, as we have checked in at 8pm, so they had plenty of time to clean it. I messaged the owner to let him know it was not us who smoked inside, and after that I noticed that the small bin next to the toilet had something in it. It was a used condom which was smiling back at me. I let the owner know, and all he did was offer us a late check out (which we did not live with in the end). I felt pretty disgusted and it only got worse, as I noticed the toilet was not cleaned properly either, our sheets had hair on it, also short ones (possibly pubic hair). My bedside table had marks on it as well. It is a shame because the room was really nice except the fact that the bed sheets were kind of uncomfortable. I felt really unclean staying there, thank god we only had to sleep there one night. The house rules are stated every corner mentioning fees and police in case you smoke inside, or are loud, bring in bikes, check out late, etc. Every corner is a "do not smoke" sign as well. Other than these things, the place is easily reachable by public transport and we had a nice parking place as well, if the room had been clean I am sure we would have had a really good time.

It was in a really convenient place, easily reachable by train, and the town is pleasant. The kitchen and the furnitures were aesthetic and the room had a nice atmosphere.
