My room (323, single bed) had a velux (roof) window which made quite a lot of noise during the night as the weather was very windy that night. For me it was okay, I like the sound of wind, but mind it if you are getting a room on the last floor.

This hotel has a charm of the early XXth century which reminded me the novels of Agatha Christie. It's located not so far from ski station but still in a very peaceful remote location. It's a very good place to either enjoy some isolation from the rest of the world in the mountains or to go explore the mountains for skiing or hiking. The rooms are confortable and clean, the staff is very lovely and the diner was very good while costing not so much when booking it. The breakfast is fabulous, (especially their amazing croissants!) and you have a large choice of food. My room featured a desk with a view on the mountains which was amazing when doing some work.

Was quite expensive for Austria, but I guess the premium location and great service comes at a price.

Located in a relatively quiet spot in a very busy little town not to far from the main attraction of the town. Lovely pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. The meals were excellent, with a delicious buffet breakfast.

Uncomfortable restaurant for those who stay there: too many tables and chairs for such a tiny place, difficult to get to your table. Food is not a disaster, wasn’t tasty though, better not to pay for HB and have a dinner in some other place. Separate Zone for those who pay extra for the food with separate menu (maybe it was better) and you cannot mix it, strange and annoying thing. There were a lot of insects in a pool, so you cannot just relax and swim, some plants to keep them aside would do a great job

Nothing, everything was more than great!

Everything about this place was superb. The host & staff were exceptionally kind and very accommodating of our baby's needs. There was a baby cot set up as requested, the room had a great view, the food spread was excellent. There was honestly nothing to complain about, we had a great time there.

Good location at walking distance from the falls. Also in front of the hotel you can attend the light water show at the local fountain (see timetable for the shows). Our staying included also a very nice simple dinner.

Again, hard to generalize. The hotel is nice and clean and quiet, but rather older and frankly, I would not rate it 4 stars. The furniture, the bathroom, the equipments in the room and bathroom was nothing special. But the biggest trouble is the restaurant. You do not need to wait hours for dinner because there are a la carte category and pre-ordered menu category and the first category is served first (so when there are o lot visitors from the street, the hotel guests must wait because the chef is busy). The menu for the hotels guests is not bad but very limited. The quality of meal is avegare, meat is great but the rest is not good. The way the dinner is served very much depends on the waitress and do not expect anything festive - here is your dish and eat it. The wine in glasses is just red, white and rose - forget about large selection. The starters are buffee, vegetable or soup. The deserts are also limited, what is not consumed in the evening is on breakfast next morning. And the last thing you want see is the owner who scrapes off the remains in the bowl to let guests grab the very last piece instead of bringing full bowl of salat or seeing empty bowls just a few minutes after the restaurant opens for breakfast (7:30) or for dinner (6:30pm). And finally, such a hotel does not need to use parasols from the producer of ice cream but could rather have its own.

First, I do not want to generalize from just 5 nights. The hotel is in very quiet and nice location, we had a view on the falls, it is just a few minutes walking to the falls, staying in this hotel means free entrance at the falls and a lot of discounts on buses and lifts. The hotel offers half board. It also offers wellnes including small heated swimming pool and small garden which we did not use. The staff was in a sence nice and helpfull. There is also free huge parking, so we did not have to stress where to park. We had large room with a balcony towards the falls. It was very clean everywhere, so I think it is very well kept.

A better organization of New Year's Eve.

Location located in a beautiful setting, clean air, attentive staff with customers. Very good food, well cooked, impeccable service. Spacious and clean rooms. Welcoming hosts for whom we have all the respect. Report excellent price quality. We will be back with pleasure.
