Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance that you would be bringing your dog. Our hotel charges this fee to ensure that all of our guests, both with and without pets, can enjoy a pleasant and clean stay. The fee covers the additional cleaning measures and the increased effort required to keep the rooms in excellent condition for all guests. We understand that this may have been unexpected for you, and we will certainly take your feedback into account. It is very important to us that all our guests – whether two-legged or four-legged – feel comfortable. We also regret that the amenities during your stay did not meet your expectations, despite the room upgrade we provided.
