At night it was a bit warm with windows half open and a bit cold with windows entirely open (which is better). But there were only blankets to cover yourself with, which is too much. Something in between would be better, like sheets to cover with. Not a big deal for short stays.

Never seen a cleaner hotel before in my life. More than sparkling clean. The service and the entire staff were very kind. The view from the hotel and it’s surroundings were marvelous. Pure relaxation. Happy to return!

The limitation of pool usage by kids (available only until 1pm). I appreciate,that the reception allowed us to use the pool also outside this time, but it is dificult to keep small kids calm and quiet at the pool, and at the same time other guests were expecting the quiet hours without kids. We respected the rules, but it made a small limitation. Otherwise I would rate 10 out od 10😉

There is no air conditioning, the room was stuffy and we had to open the door to the balcony, because of this mosquitoes flew in and prevented us from sleeping. No fridge in the room.

Personal was very nice, thanks everyone for it: girls on reception, barmen, cleaners. All of them was very kind and friendly. The atmosphere in the hotel very cool and friendly.

I stayed here one night when participating in Mondsee Radmarathon. The hotel provided a lot of perks including early breakfast, free post-race shower and the ability to leave a car in the parking for the race day which really helped a lot. The rooms and facilities are modern and clean. Nice hiking opportunities around and a beautiful scenery are nice additions.

The water in the swimming pool was not heated as described.

Spacious and modern room with a nice view to Schafberg. The sauna area is simple but nice and quiet. Good breakfast buffet with some regional or homemade products. Great location between the Irrsee and the Mondsee.

There were many mosquitos in our room after our arrival but after a little fight we won and we could sleep normally :)

No air-conditioning can be very challenging on a warm day. We had keep doors open to get some air moving in the room between corridor and balcony.

Very friendly place, wonderful views, excellent food. Modern place with swimming pool, good parking, and charging station for electric cars. Located in the countryside, 5-10 minutes by car from lakes. Very pleasant stay and many thanks to the great staff.

We killed 10 flies in our room and we didn’t even have a window open.

The view from the terrace where we had drinks was great, and the breakfast was out of this world with so many wonderful offerings. The bartender and people at the desk couldn’t have been nicer.

A nice renovated hotel (a part is still being renovated) close to beautiful nature. We had a view of the forest and the mountains, absolute beauty in the morning at breakfast time! The breakfasts were varied and very tasty, the selection was large and everything was of good quality and fresh. All the staff were always very kind and helpful. There is a free parking lot in front of the hotel and there were always plenty of places. There is also a bar and a restaurant in the hotel, both look nice, but we didn't try them out because we were only going back to the hotel to sleep. The equipment in the room is classic, the beds are comfortable. It was quiet for sleeping, nothing disturbed us. I highly recommend this hotel to those who are going to discover the breathtaking nature as it´s a short distance from all the local lakes.

The description was misleading. We were expecting the hotel.to be on the lake as it offers a private beach. This is not really fair or accurate as the beach is at another hotel on the lake. This was disappointing. We would have had to drive again to the lake after such a long day driving anyway. Also there is no minibar in the room or any bottles water on offer. This should be addressed to improve the guest facilities.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant offer a very good choice, breakfast us amazing ..Our room.was brand new, just about finished in time i would.say. Great location for.those on long journeys as it sits 5 minutes from the motorway in a peaceful little village a few miles east of Salzburg with mountain views. Note: this hotel is not by the lake The private beach belongs to another hotel which is on the lake Mondaee.
