The apartment is fully equipped with everything a family needs. The place is highly maintained and very clean. Claudia, the owner, was very helpful. The building loacated near the highway so it is easy to drive to the various attractions around. Spar supermarket located nearby (3 minutes walk). Bottom line - Highly recommended.

Air conditioning and screen windows is nice to have But not mandatory. There is a lot of cool breeze streaming through at evening time

Claudia, our host, was an exceptional person. She promptly and kindly took care of all our needs. Everything in the apartment was brand new and knitted. The apartment has ample storage space, and the backyard is spacious and filled with relaxing spots.

A wonderful place for a ski trip to the Amade valley, if you don't mind having to commute to the lift every day. The hostess of the facility, Mrs. Claudia, is warm, friendly, and takes care of the guests and the facility. The facility is very modern, clean, has a great sauna, spacious rooms, and wonderful apartments. I recommend it!

Great location for a Ski trip, close to Flachau and Wagrain sites, easy ride by bus or car, sauna, ski room, and all the essentials. The apartments are clean and tidy. The host, by the way, is so lovely and helpful with all arrangements and local tips. We had a great time.

Beautiful and comfortable apartments, designed with taste and attention to quality. Enough space for the family of 4, kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Modern, clean and well maintained bathroom. Ski-boot locker heated during the night made it pleasant and comfortable to store our stuff. Top SURPRISE: the sauna and relax facilities on the top floor! Thank you our Dear Host for your hospitality! As we told you, we intend to come back!

Everything was great

Great location, parking place was always available, there was a great gym upstairs with sauna and relaxing chairs that we used and enjoyed several time, we could use them when ever we wanted there where also some relax chairs outside and enjoy places for our kid (9), in a short walking distance there is a bakery and supermarket, normal prices, make long story short, we loved staying there very much, the room was big enough (not huge) and we had nice balcony that was shared with another family that was with us in their room and that was great adventage

.A couple of things to take into consideration : .There is almost no A/C in Austria, and this hotel is no exception We were out all day and only spent the cooler nights in the apartment so it was not much of a problem for us but still worth taking into consideration. There is a supermarket, a bakery and a Pizzeria within walking distance from the Hotel but the Village is a fairly small one with limited variety of restaurants compared to other villages around

.First of all Claudia is great, upon arrival she was greeting us with a smile and was always available for any question or assistance We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment, with 2 bath rooms (with supply of fresh towels!) which is great for a family of 5 with teen agers, in addition a fully equipped kitchen and dining / living room/ Everything was modern and top quality, extremely clean and with plenty of storage and living space Free parking, and good location if you are planning for 'star' type travel with daily trips around Salzburg area; most of the attractions were no more than a 1-hour drive in various directions from our Hotel

A warm welcome and explanation by the owner at arrival. The room and building was very modern and nicely decorated. The room was clean and very complete. Great kitchen and large table. It was also great that fresh bread could be ordered via an ipad in the room and was delivered in a basket to your room. Great service. The location is great to visit all ski areas in the region, and a special place to keep ski's and dry your skiboots.

Claudia is an amazing host. She was so welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed the sauna and wellness. Everything is spotless clean and the whole house is beautifully decorated. Our car broke down during our visit and Claudia was so willing to help us. Would definately like to come back. Thank you.

It was an unforgettable stay at a modern, well-equipped, new hotel. We’ll definitely be happy to return. The owner was caring, helpful, and very pleasant. Upon request, she opened the saunas and wellness center for us even at a later hour. Absolutely no complaints – we can only recommend it.
