One mattress was not too good

Amazing hosts, great breakfast, nice pool. The area is beautiful, it is very easy to walk to the neighbouring town for restaurants/bars and there is also a tram option. The greater area is amazing for hiking, biking and in winter probably also wintersports, we''ll have to try in a couple of months.

The view was perfect, apartment was clean. The suprising was different seilbahn that was included in the price. I strongly recommend this place .

Wonderful apartment, very comfortable, excellent internet . Was great that every room in the apartment had its own bathroom. Excellent WiFi. Owner was very friendly and helped us maximise our stay in this Stubai.

My friend, daughter and I planned a trip which included visiting the villages of Fulpmes, Mieders and Telfes. We chose to stay at Landhaus Birgit, and although we experienced torrential rain for most of our stay, we were not disappointed. Martin , our host, picked us up from Innsbruck, which was amazing. Martin and his mother were so lovely and helpful throughout our stay. Martin spoke perfect English, so I didn’t have to use my broken German much! We stayed in apartment 30 on the ground floor. The beds were comfy, and warm (as it was chilly at night). There was a traditional style dining table, oven, fridge, microwave and useful utensils. The pool was a good temperature and sauna, perfect. They also have a traditional looking little pub, which opens some days. We had the option to have rolls brought every morning, which was great, so we didn’t have to go to the spar every day. Word of warning, remember shops are shut on a Sunday. The apartments are a ten minute walk downhill to the train station/bus station and a great playground, which my 8 year old loved. There isn’t much in Telfes, but we enjoyed a schnitzel at the pub/restaurant in town called Vivai. There is a spar near the train station for essentials. More shops, restaurants and a larger Spar can be found in neighbouring Fulpmes (about 20 mins walk from Telfes). We enjoyed the local leisure centre with pool with 2 slides. About a ten minute walk from Telfes. The Schlick 2000 cable car from Fulpmes, is about a 25 min walk from the apartments. There are great wood based activities for kids, treehouses, trekking potential etc. Mieders was about a 50 minute walk, but buses are possible from Telfes direct hourly or with a change in Fulpmes.

Very nice location in Tirol and above all child-friendly.

Modern apartment, quiet big for 2 people, separate place for kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Fully equipped. The host was very friendly.

The apartment located in a peaceful ,quiet village. You can enjoy every moment the beautiful scenery of the nature . The apartment belongs to Martin and Family. They are very good hosts.
