Nothing. A few hints for owner: Nespresso machine rather than a Krups capsule machine would be better (Nespresso is now world standard). Wifi was a little weak (but sufficient for emails, browsing...). Luckily we brought along our own dedicated wireless modem from Magenta to stream movies. A thermometer/hygrometer mounted on the terrace outside the bedroom would be nice (I always travel with my own) Thanks for a great stay!

Quiet large spacious northwest facing apartment next to a stream with nice views. Comes with everything you need that most self contained units don't have; toaster, large sets of dishes and cutlery, all sizes of pots, and the small things not often found in a kitchen or bedroom that show attention to detail beyond the normal (drying rack built into terrace) Beds are comfortably firm and full sized with warm duvet and big fluffy pillow (bring your own ergonomically shaped pillow if you're subject to neck pain) The bathroom is large with two wash basins, plenty of towels and a walk in shower with hand unit and rain head. The entrance upstairs to the unit is large with a shoe changing bench and lots of hangers. Decor is warm and carefully chosen with photos from skiing and hiking from years gone by tastefully adorning the walls and staircase. Trash can be separated into plastics, paper and general bio and deposited at entrance - recycling is important, in line with Austrian standards. Parking is right in front of the building and loading/unloading is in front of the door. Our 2-bedroom unit came with a large balcony where you can enjoy an afternoon drink while watching the sunset. The building is located below the busy center of town in a green area, unlike most hotels which cluster in the center by the church (read: bong bong!). We liked the keyed entrance rather than an electronic code system; just easy and familiar (we don't lose keys). Wall mounted adjustable TV works well with many channels and languages and has HDMI inputs to connect your computer (if you bring your own HDMI cable). Communication with the owner and cleaning lady was straight forward and responses were quick. Highly recommended for a 2-bedroom self-contained apartment in Heiligenblut and fully deserving of its 9.7/10 online rating.
