Problems with wi-fi. Was told that it was a problem with the location of our room and would be fixed next day. We were there for 3 days/ 2 nights and the matter wasn’t resolved. Hotel was great and probably would have given it a 9/10 but wi-fi is an obvious necessity

The shower area is not closed off by door, so there is not much privacy. When someone enters the room, the shower is immediately to the right of them. WiFi was not working for the two days we were at the hotel. The bedsheets were clean, but smelled bad. Not sure if was the detergent that was used or something else.

Parking at a crazy cost of 36 euros per night.

The location was excellent, close to a bus stop and walking distance to the airport train station. The room was air conditioned, clean and cozy. The breakfast was varied and catered for all my needs. The staff was attentive and helpful. A great stay at the hotel.

The AC was a bit noisy and one button didn't work properly. And the view in my room was a bit disappointing. But besides that everything was great!

Great location, friendly staff, room was clean, great value for money. I really enjoyed my stay here and I would certainly visit again! This is a good hotel with a great location, close to public transport as well. Perfect for a trip to Vienna!

We had no wifi in our rooms and our aircom did not work properly. The hotel informed us they were having a technical problem affecting both our issues but they failed to tell us of the problem when we checked in nor did they offer any compensation. Nevertheless provided they sort the problem out I would recommend the hotel.

Wi-Fi was really not good at all in our room. You had to go to the lobby for it to work properly. Other than that everything was great. Wonderful staff too.

Beautiful room and the location was perfect. Right next to the Belvedere palace with it's amazing art collection. Gustav Klimt The Kiss is housed there. Breakfast was outstanding! Safe underground parking if you have a car. We had stayed before at a Lindner hotel in Prague, and loved it. This location certainly did not disappoint either. Would highly recommend staying here!

We didn't particularly like the shower or toilet opening on to the main room and having the sink in the bedroom area. A separate bath room would be preferable. Facilitates still good though- just didn't like the design

The hotel is in a good location near to the Russian Memorial and KarlsTor. The room was big; very stylish and comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet style with super choice and delicious food. Staff were very helpful .

I didn't like the layout of the toilet and shower in the room. No slipper or bath robe which is odd for a 4 star hotel. Also no complimentary water which would have been nice. I left some clothes in the wardrobe, however nobody thought of contacting me.

Breakfast was good, even though it was the same every day. You could make your own fresh squeezed orange juice. Rooms were clean. Room was clean.

I expected at least slippers and a bottle of water, so it was a bit disappointing they weren’t provided. Also, the 71E bus was often delayed, and it took about 10 minutes to walk to the tram, which was slightly inconvenient.

The facilities were clean, and it was very quiet. We didn’t hear any noise from the rooms next door.
