Dear Carlos, we are sorry to hear that your stay did not turn out as expected. We however do not have any fridges in the rooms anymore. We solely use mini bars that are just there for storing items but not for cooling. As far as the temperature in your room goes, we'd like to apologise for that. As we heat centrally it sadly is not possible to change the temperature by yourself but by +/- 2°C.
