The (very young) staff could do with some training esp. when it comes to politeness & friendliness. Yes, they’re doing their jobs, but you don’t feel welcome at all!

Unfortunately, the pillows weren't to our liking. They were too soft for us, but I know this can vary from person to person. For us, it was just not comfortable enough. Also, the only thing that was missing was smart tv in the room with streaming possibility.

The area and the atmosphere are really something special with breathtaking scenery and amazing local wines. The staff was very kind, and they even prepared us extra vegan cheeseplate and dessert for breakfast, and that was not part of the regular buffet - very thoughtful of them! Highly recommended to visit, lots of activities in the area.

There are long queues for the coffee machines at breakfast, and the nearby village church bells ring every day loudly at 6am so you won't get much sleep if you wake up easily.

Amazing and relaxing place, great pool and outdoors area, fantastic bike rental and outstanding wines of course. A decent restaurant but not the best in the region.

The frontdesk was not keen on giving us service. We could wait until 4 o'clock before the room was cleaned. Our toilet was smelling pretty bad, but they did not fix it during our stay.

Despite our previous telephone request and ultrapolite inquiries and pleas it was impossible to access our room until we came back from the event. That by itself was not a problem. The problem is thay each time we approached the front desk, we were not recognised and asked whether we would register (despite we had registered) and thus felt that our needs were basically ignored

The showers are terrible. There should be a walk-in shower but there is not. It’s a bathtub that is high, difficult to get in and out and with a very complex shower head system.

Everything , the room was lovely & spacious and we had a balcony overlooking the pool , a huge bathroom .The breakfast that was included in our Tarif was the best with lots to choose from. We loved the 2 pools , one a natural one complete with frogs. loved a massage at the spa , & the staff were very helpful too.

I was given the wrong meal at dinner. It was still delicious but you would think there would be some discount or something. I decided to just eat it because it took so long for it to come out. I didn't want to wait another 20-30 minutes for them to cook the correct dish for me. The pool is heated but still quite cold (we were there in January). It could be a few degrees warmer.

Very clean rooms. Food was spectacular. Wine selection is nice. Our room was quite large. The pool and spa area is spacious. I got a massage and a facial. Both were amazing. The surrounding area is quite nice.

I realized that the bath tub was slippery when showering. At my age, 77, I did not want to fall. A mat to alleviate the problem would be a quick fix.

The room was pleasant, the view wonderful and the service was outstanding.

Reception person was not really helpful or welcoming . Paid parking on premises . No way to figure out how electric car charger works and personnel had no clue . Very hot water in the pool, way too hot for +34C outside. Bad smell of mould in hammam . Balcony that allows NO view at all if you are seated ( glass covered with solid white paint )

We had stayed there before and knew we should expect the best in all aspects and and it was true again. Perfect breakfast buffet, AC in the room, a big pool and a pleasantly chilly biotop, enough deckchairs, lovely sofas in the 'yard', little refreshments to take while sitting outside, opportunity to recharge the car etc etc. And the winetasting in the architecturally amazing vinotheque.
