Dear Abdullah, you booked the cheapest room in the entire Salzburger Land (as of July 2, 2024). This room is clearly described on booking.com without a private bathroom, but with shared showers and toilets. You paid €29.50/person/night and received the following services: - Jokercard included!  This means that gondolas can be used an unlimited number of times free of charge. Single trips, for example, at the Westgipfel already cost €34 person  The open-air swimming pool can be used an unlimited number of times (entrance fee €9.70 person )  Mini golf and tennis courts free of charge, valley train free of charge, use of the bus free of charge, etc. - Bed linen included - Towels included - Final cleaning included - Parking space included - WiFi included - Use of the sauna in the neighboring hotel included We have two houses, one new and one old. We have different room categories. There are rooms in the old house with shared showers and toilets and there are rooms in the new house with private bathrooms. These cost correspondingly more. Which room you booked is up to you. In our pictures you can see both houses and all rooms. When selecting the appropriate room, you can see exactly what the room and house look like. In general, it’s surprising when booking the cheapest room within the whole Salzburger area and took into account all the included services, you expected something other than a simple room with simple furnishings. As a host, I would like you as a guest to objectively compare price and performance and not expect to get a room with a private bathroom if you book a room without a private bathroom.
