Nice hotel, well situated for train/bus. Owner was very pleasant, even allowing me to deposit some of my clothes 2 days early to lighten my rucksack. Room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable.

The staff were always super helpful and welcoming, arranging the airport taxi, dinner reservations, and even an early breakfast for our early checkout. The position was great too, everything was walkable, with the ski bus just outside if you prefer.

Excellent breakfast and very clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is almost next to the bus stop. The bus takes you 15 minutes to the main ski lift within about 10 minutes. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly!

The bedroom has a light sensor that can be a bit sensitive; even a slight movement can trigger the hall light in the suite. To address this, I've come up with a temporary solution using a hanger and a t-shirt. While it's a workaround, I believe a more permanent fix could greatly improve the experience in the space.

I had to unpack my snowboard from inside my suitcase before going to my room, which is quite difficult to do as I had all my other clothing neatly packed on top of it. I would have taken it from the room immediately after unpacking and placed it in their locker area, but this was not an option, which I did not appreciate, nor was it explicitly clear upon booking. On my final day, the owner came towards me, appearing frustrated, telling me that my snowboard was not allowed in my room. I understand why this can be a concern for them however there are some circumstances (packing/unpacking) where it is feasible for them to go into the room.

It's a little far from the slopes, but the ski bus stops almost in front of the hotel. Ski room is extremely hot.

Lovely breakfast and great staff. They installed a new security system for the ski room this week, so the door isn't open anymore and everyone could just walk in.

Really nothing. Very good location, convenient to train station, and again, a warm and personable hostess.

About a 5 minute walk from the Mayrhofen rail station. One of the nicest proprietors (family-owned, of course) that I have encountered in nearly 20 trips to the Alpine countries. She made certain that we were totally satisfied. Rooms were very comfortable, about a 10 minute walk to the mountain cable cars. Grocery and very good restaurants all in a 2-3 minute walk. Very highly recommended.

I was staying in Hotel Maria Theresia during my short stay in Mayrhofen. The overall standard of the hotel met my expectations. I can recommend stay there to all travelers. :) The room was very comfortable in very way. The breakfast was delicious and the service of the stuff was very satisfying. Additionally the location is convenient as well; the hotel is close to the train station

Totally different room than the one I stayed in 1 week before. This room was old and dated. The bed gave me a very bad back. The shower was cramped and old and was somehow hot and cold at the same time! All in all not good value for the money at all.

The staff were polite. The spa area was nice enough.
