Regarding your comment on the outdoor heated pool, we would like to inform you that we currently do not have an outdoor pool at our hotel. We only offer an indoor pool and an indoor jacuzzi in our wellness area, both of which are fully operational. We apologize for any confusion caused by this and appreciate your understanding. We also note your concern about the room temperature, and we will look into ways to make adjustments to ensure a comfortable environment for all our guests.
