The location was perfect, nice restaurants in walking distance. We explored Voralberg/Bregenz by train, the train station was close as well. Parking was convenient. Nice room, comfortable bed and good breakfast in the mornings. What else could you wish?

Checking out at 10.30 could be extended by at least 1 hour. For holiday travellers it is too early. The room was lacking the fridge which in my opinion is a standard equipment in a hotel room of this category.

Wide variety of food at the breakfast table,very good quality of ingredients. The hotel staff was very nice and they did not rush us at breakfast despite staying past closing time. I also appreciated the bar with free fresh beverages and very good cafe in the lobby. Cleaning lady was also very kind and she went out of her way to get us a bottle of water from downstairs during the day.

There was a slight 'drain' smell in reception, on the Spa floor, and in my bathroom. It would have been nice if there had been a bath in the en suite bathroom. The lighting was harsh. It would be lovely to have a desk lamp and a softer lamp for the main studio living area.

Very nice modern hotel, with a convenient parking lot right beside the hotel entrance and elevators to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was outstanding. The in-room kitchens were relatively basic, but good enough to do the job. A very good place to stay if you are in the area.

I am not sure if the hotel provides the ticket for local transport like bus/shuttle/train but I came to know later that normally they do but it wasn't informed to us. I was in room # 234 and I did not like the bathroom because the shower is fitted at the center(length wise) of bath tub so there was no way to take shower unless you use it as hand shower. Also the glass in bath tub wasn't really efficient as there is significant gap at the bottom of the glass that makes water spill out of bath tub

Unfortunately, we did not receive the room type we had booked based on the photos, and the complaint was handled only moderately well. The renovation work seemed to be done with moderate attention to detail. The underground parking garage was not convenient, and the surrounding area was noticeably dirty.

The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and varied. They also surprised guests with a small Easter gift at their doors, which was a thoughtful touch. The room had all the basic facilities expected from a 4-star hotel, including a kitchen and toiletries. On a positive note, the hotel waived the parking fee as compensation.

One of the two lifts was being repaired and caused some delay working from a single lift but I am sure that is temporary.

Beds were only prepared for single person stay. Required a bit of effort to get a second set late in the evening. Receptionist was friendly to help us.

They gave us a smaller 'Apartment Plus' which was different to the one shown in the pictures on Booking.com. However, when I raised it to reception, they quickly switched us to a larger room which more closely matched the pictures in the original photos advertised. The large 'Apartment Plus' rooms on the top floor look like they were once conference rooms that have been converted into apartments. They are very large but with slightly odd layouts. There are not enough mirrors and you can also lock yourself in the balcony quite easily if you close the 1-way door behind you.

Good hotel in Dornbirn, very central, 5 mins walk from the main square. Friendly staff, paid parking available.

The bed was not so comfortable. The breakfast lost in variety since last visits before half year. Not to much vegan options (just soy milk) and some granole. Not so tasty fruits.

Hotel with one of the best location on Dornbirn. 5 min. walking distance from the city center. Available sauna as well. Parking garage under the hotel, very comfortable get to the reception.

It would be nice if the price was lower, otherwise everything was perfect.

What I liked most was the design of the hotel. It’s clearly from the 1990’s, with curving walls and surfaces, plywood and stainless steel fittings. It was obviously a high-quality design when built and they have maintained many of the original features, including the furniture in the restaurant. Hotels can get ugly over the years as they implement new designs and technologies into a building, but it is clear with this hotel that they have worked hard to maintain the clean design principals. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful and the bike rental service was superb.

A couple of things were not so great. 1) The coffee from the automatic coffee makers (at breakfast/in restaurant) was really bad. The coffee was very weak/not aromatic...cappuccino tasted like water with milk, espresso just as bad. 2) The fan in the bathroom did not work, so it got steamed up really fast. Not a big deal...but 3) because of that one could see that the glasses in the bathroom were not new/clean. They had just been "wiped" and set back. :-(

Very friendly staff! Very good breakfast with a large choice of cold and warm dishes/items. We rented e-bikes. They were in very good condition and at a good price. The hotel was designed by a well-known architectural firm from the region. Some details are a bit dated, but it has aged very well / has been maintained very well.

Although there was an error in the rate and room type on the booking.com, the hotel manager on duty gave the room at the booking rate. Thank you! We needed to print a document urgently in the middle of the night and the duty manager, Mr OSCAR, went out of his way to deal with our special request, thank you very much. We will stay at your hotel again next time. The Hotel is very closed to the city center.
