What I didn’t like was the absence of a kettle to make tea. Although the reception provides hot water upon request, it’s inconvenient to go down and ask for it every time

Everything was good. The only thing that I didn't like is that there is no fridge in the room. Having a small fridge in the rooms would be very useful.

‏Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Ewwa at the reception! She was super helpful and friendly, explained the whole tourist plan in a really nice and easy way. Always smiling, very polite, and honestly made such a great first impression when we entered the hotel. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel welcome right away!

Dinner menu is too expensive, with not a great deal of choice. Breakfast at €30 is also pricey but we thought it was worth it. The HAIDVOGL MAVIDA is at one end of the Zell am See in the newer district. You can access the rest of the lake by water taxi or hire bikes etc but it's a long walk to the other end.

Modern good quality hotel. Spacious and with own car parking opposite. Rooms similarly large and well equipped.

Maybe the gym was a bit small considering the amount of hotel's residents.

From the moment we walked in, the fresh, clean scent of the lobby set the tone. Our modern room was impeccably spotless, with floor‑to‑ceiling windows framing breathtaking mountain views and a generously sized balcony to soak it all in. I was disappointed with the breakfast. It is very expensive and a combination of a la carte with buffet. I was surprised to see there were no fresh vegetables available at the buffet choices. I ordered the scrambled eggs but they also came with no vegetables.

Hotel was amazing. Rooms big and very clean , balcony had a beautiful view to the mountains . Location is very good, short walk to the gondola station and après ski bars. Might seem a bit harder if you have your skis on but you can rent a locker and leave them at the gondola station . Then it is a very easy 6-7 minutes walk to the hotel . Hotel is close to some good restaurants which makes it easy to grab dinner in the evening.

My only complaints are the products in the bathroom didn't match the standard of the hotel and there was no iron in the room although there was a chargeable ironing service provided by housekeeping.

Lovely hotel, great spa, comfy beds, great showers/bathrooms. Balcony with enough room to sit and enjoy the fantastic mountain views. Staff were helpful and friendly, (especially John, Petros in the bar and Juan, Anna and Tony in the restaurant) The free parking was a bonus. Lovely bar and breakfast was excellent. We tried the tasting menu in the restaurant which was one of the best we've had. Tony was exceptional, explained the food and wine perfectly. Although located in the quieter part of Zell, the hotel is located very close to the Ariet Xpress ski lift, with a few restaurants and bars around. The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing and/or active holiday!
