Very nice hotel. It was in line with what was promised and with the pictures, spacious, friendly people, well located. I asked for two rooms with each time two separate beds, and I also got this. Well airconditioned and clean rooms.

Non-existent sound isolation between the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom had a distinct smell even though it seemed clean, maybe due to bad ventilation. The bed covers were too small.

Good location, near underground and tram stations. Friendly staff. Espresso maker in the room, capsules replenished daily.

Broken kettle, faulty Nespresso machine although operational.

All was fine. Big room, excellent aircon, superb walk-in shower, large bathroom, work- desk, lots of space, very comfy bed.

They don’t get to clean the room within a reasonable time, they don’t check if needing toilet paper or shampoo and body wash

The customer service wasn't always a 5/5 and some spaces in the hotel can definitely be renovated.

The hotel isn't in the city center, but the price is nicer and it's near the subway so it was perfect for this stay. The room and bathroom were spacious so that was really nice. Breakfast was also great to start the day.

The room was a little too warm during our visit thought this was during a heatwave.

The hotel itself is modern with great facilities including a gym, roof terrace and sauna. The room is larger than normal with comfortable beds.

The bar staff were a bit rude especially when questioned why the same drinks were three different prices

A very good stay. Friendly staff, comfortable and quiet room, large and comfortable bar area, large breakfast room with good range of food including hot food plus the opportunity to sit outside in the courtyard. The location is good, being only a few hundred yards from Margaretengurtel U- Bahn station with frequent trains into the city centre ( 5-7 minute journey ).

Windows cannot be opened, therefore no fresh air, only climatization.

Nice breakfast, fresly made omlette from show kitchen, good coffee. Not top quality but above avarage. The hotel is modern with sauna and gym. Good location (but the tram line is under construction as of 2025 July)

One of the 2 elevators was broken for 2 days which was a bit of a hassle , I understand it was the weekend though.

Everything was good, comfort, cleanliness on point. Towels and coffee were restocked. Area was close to the metro. Staff helpful. The sauna was also nice.

It is located a little way out of town but accessible by tram and taxi. Overall I did not find this a major issue.

A very comfortable hotel at affordable prices with a calm atmosphere and quiet and spacious rooms. The staff was helpful and efficient. In particular, I would highlight the excellent restaurant. Upstairs there is a sundeck with lovely views and a convenient gym and spa area.
