The location was hard to get away from and the restaurant that was advertised was just “closed” - not sure if this was for the holidays or permanently? The rooms were basic and our heating broke the first night we were there, which was hard to explain to the staff as they didn’t speak German or English very well. The place could just looks like it needs a little bit of TLC.

For a basic place it was clean and there was free parking.

The hotell hostess was very nice and caring for our dog. She stayed even a little bit longer, because the weather conditions made it hard to be there on time.

The location is nice! If you travel with motorcycle, and can’t find a good room in Innsbruck, this is the best second choice.

Everything was fantastic, only one tiny thing that could be improved is super old sofa.

Good location very close to Rosshütte and Gschwandkopf ski lifts. Fantastic view from the huge balcony. Big room for 2 guests. Very nice and friendly staff. Good restaurant at the hotel.

The Junior Suite didn't have a fridge in it, so where we were travelling we weren't able to store lots of the lovely food we found.

The food was terrific and the breakfast was excellent. The location is beautiful with a great view of the mountains and surrounded by nature, which made it perfect for us and our two dogs. It was also right on route for our road trip so it was super convenient to stay at.

I was traveling with my dog and I was expecting pillow and bowls as they also mentioned beforehand. When I got to the room, I didn’t find anything, which is annoying considering what they charge for a dog is above average. Reception was empty - it made sense when I arrived because it was late. But in the morning to check out I waited a couple of hours and no one showed up at the desk. In the room there wasn’t even a bottle of water. I also had to figure out myself how to turn the cold water on in the bathroom. Overall I felt as they didn’t care at all…

Price per night is really convenient if you are looking for a bedroom to sleep over.

The walk to the train stop is a bit steep and too long to do it at night with kids.

We booked a junior suite with balcony overlooking The Valley and the mountains. The room is as quiet and comfortable with a sofa and plenty of space. The balcony was huge and an added bonus. We were travelling with our dog and the hotel supplied, without us asking, two dog bowls snd a dog bed. We ate at the restaurant, sitting outside on the terrace. The food was a great mixture of traditional and traditional with a twist. Thoroughly recommend.

We had a two bedroom apartment with bathroom and separate toilet. The room was very spacious, bed comfortable but above it all was the breathing view from the balcony. We've been sitting in the evening with glasses of wine on the balcony and enjoyed the view. Breakfast was very tasty especially the fresh made bread.
