Lovely spot on the banks of an artificial lake, nes,t,Ed amongst moderate mountains

Staff availability was wanting , during the stay, maintenance and especially for checkin.

Maybe lack of air conditioning in the room, but it wasn’t really needed.

Sauna and swiming in the lake, calm and nice scenery

The location is fantastic. Cleanliness and the availability of everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

The shower holder was broken, complained about it but during our 4 days it was not fixed.

The whole area is amazing beautiful, the appartment is very well equipped.

Beds were very unconfortable, the duoble bed was extremly soft and the armchair bed for the kid was extremly hard.

I had an amazing stay at Mein Chalet in Schneeberg! The surroundings are simply breathtaking — beautiful nature, fresh air, crystal-clear water, and fantastic opportunities for climbing, hiking, and exploring the mountains. There is a wonderful walking path that goes all the way around the lake, which is truly amazing. The lake itself is surrounded by majestic mountains, creating a breathtaking view that I will never forget. I highly recommend taking advantage of the nearby hiking trails and mountain walks for an unforgettable outdoor experience. The food was absolutely delicious — every meal was full of flavor and prepared with care. The staff were incredibly friendly, with warm communication that made me feel truly welcome. The apartment itself was perfect — clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need. I truly felt at home from the very first moment. There’s even a grill available, which I happily used, even though it was summer. I don’t have a dog myself, but my neighbors did — and their dogs were very well-behaved. I found it amazing that there is a dedicated area with water where guests can walk their dogs, which is such a thoughtful addition for animal lovers. Another highlight was the sauna on-site, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor adventures. Overall, it was a wonderful experience in every way, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

It's pretty much perfect, I love it.

Nice view to the lake and the hills.

Both rooms we booked were wonderful for our family and we were grateful to be able to open the in-between door with host's help. Making our stay so comfortable. The ability to grill on the Terrace was awesome!

Not enough toilet paper for the days we were there... needed to buy at the grocery. Everything else was excellent, no complaint.

Beautiful, peaceful, calm location.

From Monday to Thursday, the restaurant and bar is closed. They are open just in the weekend.

Everything. Chalets are relatively new, built from quality materials, well equipped. The environment is suitable for sports or relaxation...both are possible there 100%. ;) The surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for trips. Communication with the chalets was accurate and super cool, check in was smooth.

Vôbec nič.

The surroundings are breathtaking here. It is amazing to look out the window or sitting on the terrace and see the lake and the mountains. There are great hiking trails and outdoor programs available. Bathing in the lake is fun. The apartments are correct (we were with a bigger company, had several different type of apartments) the level of equipment is good.

The communication with the host is not always easy, especially if you do not speak German. When we arrived the lock did not work, it turned out the battery was low and could not operate the lock anymore. We had to call several times and try to explain. Finally we got an actual key.

Chalets are well-equipped, spacious and situated in a beautiful nature surrounding - simply, pleasant to stay in.

Inventory check - expected from guests by chalet administrator - is really tiring (if done completely).

Beautiful location, the apartments overlooking the lake are fully equipped and perfect for a nice holiday with friends or family.

A small welcome gift would be appreciated

Lovely cottages with all amenities for a short or a long stay. Sauna included in the price. Quite remote so you need a car. Pack your own food as the local restaurant only opens Th-Sun.

Taxi service was not possible. My query re booking two days in advance was ignored so I had to ask my friend in Germany to call and book for us. It still did not happen..

Exactly like in the pictures, wonderful view, with lakeside apartments. The apartments are new, beautiful design, excellent appliances. The restaurant is amazing, kudos to the chef!

1. Electronic key didn’t work. Normal key was very difficult to turn, and impossible for someone with arthritis. 2. Garbage bins in the sheds where not laballed making it difficult to sort the trash selectively.

I really liked photos of the location.

No a/c. Can't leave the door open at night because of insects. Thus poor sleeping. The main attraction (on photos) is lake which turned out to be choked with algae and dead stinking fish. There are signs in each room that swimming in the lake is at your own risk and peril due to allergens. The emailed code to the room was incorrect, and the guy on call (there's no reception) sounded very annoyed. To register me and to collect the tourist tax and a security deposit, a woman came the next morning at 7 o'clock. Apparently, the management doesn't care that some guests would like to sleep late, on vacation.

The room is comftable. The view from the balkony is great, you feel like you're inside a postcard. For those looking for a quiet place - this is the place

The staff running the place is very uncooperative. It is not clear whether this is because they do not understand English or simply because they do not want to help. The result is that any communication with them is very unpleasant.

I never have been at a place so beautiful, the hause was very nice too , even nice decoration elements.
