Very clean room, nice breakfasts and wellness part of this hotel is great. We really enjoyed this stay.

The room was spacious, the bathroom as well. Nice balcony, view to the street, but it was not a problem for us, it wasn't too noisy. Sufficient breakfast.

I'd like to have a tea maker and a small fridge in the room.

Very friendly personel, good breakfast

Very friendly people working there, especially the lady. We felt very welcome and they took care of our luggage while we were walking in the mountains for several day. Price-quality is sufficient

The mattress is horrible, we both got pain in our lower back in the morning. Rooms at the road side were a bit noisy with traffic. Breakfast is nothing special

Spacious room, plenty of storage space for your clothes. Hassle free check-in.

Basically no housekeeping service during our stay. Eg.: no refill of bathgel, blankets not changed, one bottle of water free on arrival but not replenished. No staff during nighttime so in emergency you are on your own.

The hotel is basic, but clean and welcoming. Breakfast was ok (not too many options for fruits and veggies though). Sauna was good. We had a room with a balcony on the street side, so you could hear the cars passing by. For us it was no problem, but if you are looking for complete silence, this is not it. Generally, it did not seem like a 4-stars hotel, but also the price/night is not like for a 4-stars hotel. So it was a decent budget stay.

17 min walk to main ski station. A bit soulless as end of season and few guests.

The breakfast was good and there was enough to choose from, a very classic breakfast buffet. The rooms were nice and tidy. Great personnel. The spa area is nice, shame the steam room was out of order (sauna worked fine), outdoor pool is small but just the right temperature, if they had a hot tub next to the pool outside it’d be a perfect little spa.

I’ve read that some guest didn’t care for the dinner. On my stay only one dinner was a definitive miss, all else was good basic food, dishes a bit on the small side but as I had had a heavy lunch every day on the pistes I didn’t go to bed feeling hungry. The windows aren’t modern and sound proofed. Not a problem if you’re on the mountain side but I woke up a few times to cars passing by, or a van dropping something off to the hotel door (bread for breakfast?) at 5:30, as my room was street side. The spa area could open a bit earlier than 4 PM. Sometimes it could be nice to finish early, spend the afternoon in the spa and then make a little walk/shopping in the town in late afternoon, in good time before dinner. And if you have non-skiers in the group they could enjoy the spa in the afternoon as well.

Perfect kitchen - tasty and with fantasy served dinner. Flexible when it came to special requests.
