A very clean and modern apartment in a calm neighbourhood. Easy connections. Highly recommend.

Everything was great

The owners are very nice and helpful. Whenever we had a question or there was a problem with the flat, the response was immediate was useful. The flat is comfortably located close to tram and bus lines, with very good connection to the city centre and all attractions. The house is in a small street in a quiet area. The flat is very clean and relatively spacious. This spaciousness is uneven: the bathroom is very large, but the toilet is tiny, the bedroom is small but the living room is of good size. Nevertheless, it was comfortable to live, and we liked the flat. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary dishes, cutlery, etc. The fridge is large enough.

There is one peculiar feature of the flat: the door between the bathroom and the bedroom is transparent (not opaque but clear transparent), which can be problematic for non-couples. We were with a grown-up kid, and it was very uncomfortable. The working area in the kitchen is too small for proper cooking and there’s no dish drying rack; this was not crucial for our 5-days stay but for a longer stay can be problematic. The rack inside the oven was broken and we didn’t dare to use it. The hot water in the shower was problematic because it was very uneven and it was hard to catch the water of normal temperature, it could jump to boiling or drop to freezing. The heater for the water was very noisy and irritating. Regulation of the room temperature was also not easy as it was done through a single regulator, not individually on the heaters. It was either too hot or too cold, hard to catch the middle. We had to regulate all the time. The blinders in the living room had remote controls but they did not work. We couldn’t put them up or completely down. It was not a great problem but worth noting.

The location is about 4-5 blocks from the nearest underground station, and about 2 blocks from the nearest tram stop. There were numerous shops and restaurants close by.

There was a problem the wifi not working, which took a day to resolve - turned out to be a broken cable. The owner worked hard to help with the problem and after the initial inconvenience, everything was great.

Really great location - 5 minutes from tramway and U-bahn. Accommodation very comfortable and well equipped - washing machine, good iron etc made laundry very easy. We had our little dog with us and the park was less than 5 minutes away. Parking in underground garage secure and very close. Excellent all round.

Giselle was super nice, friendly and helpful! She told us about places to eat around the appartment and gave us useful suggestions about what we can do in the area. The appartment is nice, big and cozy and we liked the balcony for the morning coffee :) The beds were super comfy as well, including the sofa!

Not exactly a minus, because it is very subjective, but the toilet is in a very small room near the entrance. It's great that it has a window, but it is really tiny. Not a problem to do your business in there, I just like bigger spaces. The shower is in a separate, beautiful room, adjacent to both bedroom and livingroom.
