Breakfast was all right but a bit disappointing considering how elegant and modern the hotel was. There was nice garden and okay view but again nothing really special and I would not stay here for longer than a night on a way south.

The hotel is located south of the city center of Wiener Neustadt close to gas station and Billa. It is not really a place for a longer stay cause both city and area around are not so interesting and it is too far to go to bigger attractions. The hotel itself is very new and modern. Room was spacious and very elegant with huge comfortable bed. Bathroom was absolutely great - bright and modern. The personel was okay but not anyhow excessively friendly. Free parking on side for sure was a big plus.

Its a shame restaurant does not work on weekends.

Really nice hotel, we spent just one night there. Despite we had windows towards the street and the gas station, we slept well and did not hear a thing. The same with trains, did not even notice them. Air con was working, quality and equipment and also breakfast were at appropriate level to smaller 4star hotel. Nice surrounding, garden. Really recommend.

A/C couldn’t be set low enough for my liking (especially given the heatwave) and the bedding was a bit on the soft side where I would usually prefer more firm and supportive bed.

Superbly presented hotel with clean, well equipped rooms and very friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast was excellent each day and the Brasserie on site provided great dinner and drinks each night.

Cleaning could have been better . Staying for the second time we expected to have a perfect one but were surprised to find a hair on a bed sheet and some small pieces of something broken in a room. Not a big deal in both cases but indeed unexpected.

The property is very new, and has been designed expertly. It s located on the edge of Wiener Neustadt with good views of the Eastern Alps. The bed was very comfortable and cosy, and the bathroom with shower was well equipped. Breakfast is outstanding, with plenty of choice. A very happy experience. I will visit again.
