entire bathroom, mold in every corner - especially in the shower the entire hotel itself smelt like mold and old wet houses

Room was not very clean Shampoo was empty I got ticket for parking and they didn’t tell me me that parking is not free while the place was not in the center

In checken was fine but uitchecken not they came to me on 11:15 to leave while its normal on every hotel that you leave a bit later if some one leave on 13 i can understand but you don’t go to some one room to leave it is not professional

Close to tram 38, two stops from train S45, good restaurant down stairs, beautiful food (amazing pizza) and nice stuff. The room was very clean, towels smell beautiful, coffee machine, two bottles of water, tea. No fridge. We stayed 3 nights, extended 2 more nights for the comfort. Nice of them let us leave our luggage for a few hours in the restaurant area.

Walls too thin, you can hear everything from neighbors. No noise from the street from where we stand (room 207). When we extended more nights they just gave extra clean towels, no coffee capsules or water.

The staff were helpful and organised

I would have preferred more variety of food, besides just pizza

As far as we checked, the bedding was clean.

The whole hotel was full of cockroaches. We would turn off the light, and within a minute dozens of them came crawling out from every corner. Never stay here – in all my travels, I have never experienced anything like this.

it’s clean, well located (just a few metres away from a tram stop) the staff is very helpful and it was very easing checking in and out. overall very pleasant

it doesn’t have a fridge☹️ but we made do without it

The walls were quite dirty and I am not sure about some stains there…

Good location a bit outside of the city center but with good transport connection. Peaceful and quite area. Clean rooms, water and coffee provided. Self check-in was very convinient.

No shampoo provided in the bathroom

Everything was excellent.

The hotel rooms were decent and close to public transit. We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs.

No onsite parking. The entire hotel could use a good cleaning. No fans or AC in rooms so had to leave the windows open and bugs came in at night and would bite you in your sleep.

Room was clean, smells fresh. It was very close to public transports , and no matter which hour outside was pretty safe

It doesnt has fridge. If it had a fridge that would be 10 out of 10. Because when I buy something from market, gets bad quickly. So you either buy from restaurant ,which has good pizzas in good price, that located entrance of the building, or eat somewhere else

the rum was new and confertabel , the location was good easy to be in downtown with tram.

cleaning was just evry therd day and it was not good cleaning just for landet and new towels. lift work to 11:00 oklock that was boring

Bathroom was so nice and lightful. The staff of the restaurant on the ground floor helped us a lot. Whatever we needed they provided without any payment. At last, we could keep our luggage at the restaurant until the flight.

There was no fridge, so we could not keep any meal or beverage cool in the room.

Quick check in and check out. Great location that can be easily reached by tram. The room itself was outstanding. Lots of space, big bed, big wardrobe. Bathroom was clean, fresh and smart. The coffee machine was working perfectly with the provided capsules, big selection of tea to make in the room using a handy kettle. Overall a nice, calm and peaceful stay for me and my family members. I can recommend this hotel 100%. Great quality for the price paid. Thank you.

Only downside that I can think of is lack of fridge inside the room, could be a great addition for summer days.

The staff were very helpful and polite. They assisted with requests for airport pickup and getting around town. The accommodation was good value for money as well.
