Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. CroatiaOld parquets squeal loudly and wake up my family at night. The main door has glass window inserts, and every time the light goes on in the stairwell at night, half of the apartment is illuminated.
Spotlessly clean apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the beds are comfy - even the sofa bed was very comfortable! The building has an elevator, so bringing up heavy suitcases is not a problem.

Large and clean apartment, located about 5 minute walk from Kardinal-Nagl Platz U-Bahn station (which takes you to the center of Vienna in a couple of minutes). Although located on a rather busy street with many kebab places, sound insulation was very good, so quiet at night. Some bakeries nearby, where you can get breakfast. The instructions for collecting the keys were very clear.

CanadaI stayed here for 3 nights and the rooms were not cleaned even once. It would have been nice to have it cleaned at least once during my stay. Also the shower space is very open. There is minimal privacy between the shower room and the bedroom. Therefore the booking is suitable for a single person or a couple that do not need much privacy between each other.
It was a very nice and comfortable stay. It is so nice to have the kitchen amenities. It is also very good value for the amount you pay. I would recommend this and would stay here again if I ever visit Vienna again.

We had a lovely spacious apartment, clean, quiet and comfortable. It is in a family area so the little park at Kardinal Nagl Platz (where the U-bahn station is) was full of kids playing and their parents chatting in the warm summer evenings. The apartment (Top9) was on the first floor up a couple of flights of stairs; there is a lift when needed. It's only 15 min from the centre (eg Stephansplatz) and we used mostly the U bahn to get around. We had a ViennaCityCard which gave us unlimited travel and we made good use of it. There is a Billa supermarket across the road and we cooked on several nights and got washing done. Extra bonus was the espresso coffee machine with coffee beans provided, much appreciated and it makes it feel like home

AustraliaNothing to dislike but the area is being upgraded with Govt grants which is not popular with locals as rents are increasing and owners converting to holiday rental - not a popular move.
Close to orange U line making access to the whole of Vienna fairly easy and quick. We also made use of the underground garage situated next door Euro 18 for 2 days -(move the car every 2 days). Street parking free on Sunday.

Absolutely everything was perfect! We had a small problem with our apartment when we checked in and the staff was able to fix it super quickly. The apartment was big, sparkling clean and with all the amenities you need. Super conveniently located close the metro station in a quiet neighbourhood. One of the best stays I’ve been in Europe. Absolutely recommendable. And the staff was very responsive, friendly and helpful

United KingdomIt was a bit cold at night and early morning. The electric heater needs to be on all the time. There was also work men working outside the bathroom window and they started early with whatever they were doing, it was loud.
