Quiet neighborhood. The room was clean.

My room was very gloomy. The windows overlooked the small yard, where there were garbage cans😧.Besides, the rooms aren't strictly ground floor. They're more like basements.

Spotlessly clean apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the beds are comfy - even the sofa bed was very comfortable! The building has an elevator, so bringing up heavy suitcases is not a problem.

Old parquets squeal loudly and wake up my family at night. The main door has glass window inserts, and every time the light goes on in the stairwell at night, half of the apartment is illuminated.

Large and clean apartment, located about 5 minute walk from Kardinal-Nagl Platz U-Bahn station (which takes you to the center of Vienna in a couple of minutes). Although located on a rather busy street with many kebab places, sound insulation was very good, so quiet at night. Some bakeries nearby, where you can get breakfast. The instructions for collecting the keys were very clear.

It was a very nice and comfortable stay. It is so nice to have the kitchen amenities. It is also very good value for the amount you pay. I would recommend this and would stay here again if I ever visit Vienna again.

I stayed here for 3 nights and the rooms were not cleaned even once. It would have been nice to have it cleaned at least once during my stay. Also the shower space is very open. There is minimal privacy between the shower room and the bedroom. Therefore the booking is suitable for a single person or a couple that do not need much privacy between each other.

Nice, clean, kitchen well equipped, close to the U3 metro just a few stations to the center, Billa market across the street, places to eat nearby. We recommend especially Gasthaus Bauer, a local restaurant with good prices and very nice staff.

We had a lovely spacious apartment, clean, quiet and comfortable. It is in a family area so the little park at Kardinal Nagl Platz (where the U-bahn station is) was full of kids playing and their parents chatting in the warm summer evenings. The apartment (Top9) was on the first floor up a couple of flights of stairs; there is a lift when needed. It's only 15 min from the centre (eg Stephansplatz) and we used mostly the U bahn to get around. We had a ViennaCityCard which gave us unlimited travel and we made good use of it. There is a Billa supermarket across the road and we cooked on several nights and got washing done. Extra bonus was the espresso coffee machine with coffee beans provided, much appreciated and it makes it feel like home

No AC but a fan is provided.

Everything was great. Comfortable room with all necessities. We arrived at night because the delayed flight - no problems.

Would be good to have a bottle of water in the room :)

The apartment was perfect and the staff is fantastic, always available and very helpful. Very close to subway and bus.

Being alone I didn't feel 100% safe with the neighborhood to walk around in the night.

The location is a 5-min walk to the train station and the flat is huge.

Close to orange U line making access to the whole of Vienna fairly easy and quick. We also made use of the underground garage situated next door Euro 18 for 2 days -(move the car every 2 days). Street parking free on Sunday.

Nothing to dislike but the area is being upgraded with Govt grants which is not popular with locals as rents are increasing and owners converting to holiday rental - not a popular move.

Location is great, 5 min walk to Metro.

Clean. I liked the decoration of the room. They let me use the laundry machine.

I needed to ask for a new towel.

double bed and as i was a single traveller ... i got a single duvet... i do like a double duvet. Four night and one set of towels was not good ... but to be honest i never asked

Absolutely everything was perfect! We had a small problem with our apartment when we checked in and the staff was able to fix it super quickly. The apartment was big, sparkling clean and with all the amenities you need. Super conveniently located close the metro station in a quiet neighbourhood. One of the best stays I’ve been in Europe. Absolutely recommendable. And the staff was very responsive, friendly and helpful

Everything was great. Great location, near metro station, parking next to apartment. Clean, cozy. Equiped kitchen (more then we need). Maybe you consider to put led lights under kitchen elements.

Nice one-bedroom apartment in a renovated building. Comfortable, clean and well organized space suitable for up to 3 persons. WC and bathroom separated. Close to metro station, 6 minutes ride to Vienna city centar. Perfect for exploring city amenities.

Spacious, modern, nicely decorated, convenient location.

The acoustics are really bad. It's exposed concrete, meaning that if you drop a spoon the sound will amplify and travel all over. You can hear everything going on in the bathroom too and when people laugh in the next room, etc. So you end up feeling you need to be extremely quiet at all times. The shower head was loose, pointing to one side all the time. Also, the 30 euro for an extra towel or bedsheet etc seemed excessive.

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment. There is everything that you need for your stay, even body lotion. Very easy check-in and check out process. The apartment is next to the metro station, just two stops to the city center. Good neighborhood. We had a really pleasant stay there. Don't hesitate to book the apartment!
