Room a bit dated and temperature hard to regulate. Opening window at night leads to subjecting self to lots of bar/street noise

Staff and location to cable car is great. Hotel offers afternoon “snacks” at the restaurant which is excellent after a long day of skiing

Far walk from apreski, a little bit expensive but ok for the value.

Good breakfast, clean and big enough property, nice and helpful staff, close to the gondola and ski rental, close to the downtown, fine spa and pool, ski equipment room.

Room was very small and dark, the window was small, with no balcony, and the electric light was insufficient. There were too few hooks to hang coats and cloths, and the closet was insufficient.

Friendly welcoming staff at reception and in the bar in the evening. Lovely lounge area and lovely clean swimming pool area beautifully lit in evening. Lucky to have a balcony with our room, Mountain View 😀. The location is a little walk out of town when arriving by train but in the autumn we were very happy to find this hotel open when many others close down. Fabulous breakfast buffet too!

Location, staff, breakfast and dinner and amenities were outstanding. We can not comment not the Spa/pool areas. Also really appreciated the easy access to ski lift tickets and rentals. As we didn't have a lot of time (only 1 day to ski) it made it super efficient and convenient.

There was an unfortunate episode that prompted two of our group to change room. It was upsetting, uncomfortable and inconvenient. We were not looking for a refund but some small recognition of the inconvenience of the situation would have been appreciated and indeed appropriate.

Pool and Spa area fantastic. Electric vehicle charging. Food was good.

During my week stay I’ve spent aprox 4000 euro paying for accommodation and guys during lunch on the bar sold me tap water for 3 euro… nice austrian tap water 😆

The major problem were the bed bugs that caused annoying cimicosis. Luckily, I am not allergic, otherwise it might have been horrible. The dinner main courses could have been better. The Internet was really bad, particularly in the evenings.

Breakfast was standard, good. Location very good, very close to the cable car convenient for skiers. The rooms were spacious, the spa center very good. Ski room was very spacious and well warmed.

The only problem in the hotel is the WiFi. It is free, but works very poorly in the room.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional. When I booked there was only an option to have both: breakfasts and dinners included. However, I was having dinners out with my family who was visiting. The hotel returned me money for dinners. Such a nice gesture. Also, when I checked out the last day I still went for skiing, they kindly provided me with the card for a ski room where I could have taken a shower and changed after skiing. Very attentive staff!
