Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff were responsive and quick to reply, even through messages. The view was amazing, and a supermarket was only a 5-minute walk away.

Spacious apartment, with a beautiful view and a nice balcony. There is a coffee machine (capsules), dishwasher, iron and ironing board, microwave and washer and dryer (we have often come across apartments in Austria that are missing some or all of them), we liked that they left a decent number of towels, toilet paper rolls, coffee capsules and more. The nearby public pool (One minute walk) is a huge advantage for families with children, specially since the entrance fee is very cheap (2-4 euros).

Nothing to complain about considering price vs value. Be aware that flat nr 6 has no mountain view; apartment is half under ground level and room windows looking at car parking, so you can hear cars coming/leaving, especially, if keeping windows open for fresh air. There is also some noise from house boiler, but not so bad.

We stayed for 1 week during our ski vacation in March, and enjoyed it. Price vs value - superb. Self check-in and check-out with clear instructions. Quick answers from the host and recommendations. Free car parking on site. Big rooms and comfortable beds. All necessary kitchen cutlery available, including oil, salt. Big modern TV in the main room with Smart TV features. Good location: 30-80min to various cities, attractions, and ski resorts depending on weather (Zillertal Hochfügen, Zillertal Arena, SkiWelt, KitzSki, Hinterlux, etc.), kids friendly SPA (Erlebnistherme Zillertal), Ice Cave in Hinterlux, Swarovski Kristallwelten museum. Ability to have ski equipment delivered to the property using Skilivery by Hervis Rent for a great price (change possible at Hervis store in St. Johann). There is also a 10% discount for InterSport ski rental via check-in portal, but Skilivery was much cheaper option. SPAR grocery store just nearby (not working on Sunday). Pizza bar/restaurant in the same building.

There is no central heating, only floor heating, that is the problem if you have wet skishoes and gloves. You can use only mechanical cloth dryer there. We suggest to take at least your own shoe dryer.

Nice clean appartment, little bedroom for three, main bedroom with double bed and toilet on ground floor, living room kitchen with sofa (for one sleeper) with balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet on first floor. SPAR is about 500m distance. About 10 min driving to Itter, 15 min to Scheffau and 20 min to Westendorf.

look and feel of the apartment was great! It had all we needed. Modern, cozy - just great! I liked it so much, I want to come back even though I have no reason for it (yet). Dishwasher, washing machine, sauna, comfortable beds.

Perhaps not much light in the apartment we got (underground level). Probably other available apartments were better.

Clean, cozy, well equipped, easy check in/out. Right compromise between price, distance from ski locations (when you have the car). I would definitely come back.

a little more kitchen supplies

We slept here for 1 night with 6 people and a dog on our way to Italy. The atmosphere in the apartment was great. Not noisy at all. Private washer and dryer available, handy with a large family. The complex is located next to a nice swimming pool and has 2 bathrooms. Very comfortable apartment. A supermarket within walking distance. We were super satisfied!

After one hairwashing the drain in the bathroom clogged and the water was in a minute in whole bathroom, almost even ran out. The price was twice as high as accomodation a few hours east, but it is 40 minutes drive from Achensee.

Quiet place, wonderful mountain view from the balcony, clean, comfortable and modern apartment. There is enough parking space. Public swimming pool 100 meters away. There is a supermarket very close. The staff was friendly and helpful! It was great that we were able to take our little dog with us. I recommend and we will go back!

dishwasher was full of dirty dishes - 1 off mistake I’m sure. Temperature was set very high and didn’t seem to cool down when the thermostat was reduced, sleepless nights. 10am checkout is too early, and 10+ emails about our 2 day stay is too many!

there is no basic stuff such as salt or sugar or coffee n tea. you have 1 towel to use for a 5 day stay. no washing machine or dryers. no iron. no skibus access close by.

It’s an house located outside of town. you have a big spar is within walking distance and large open space in front. large rooms and big lounge.
