Staff were great. The receptionist Monika was very nice and helpful. She helped us a lot, even beyond her duties. A big thank you goes to her!

Everything is ok

They have parking only for two cars.I come later and I dont get parking.

The check-in process was very easy, and the property made sure we were familiar with their system. We really appreciated that we didn’t have to wait at a reception or deal with any unnecessary formalities.

The beds were very squeaky. And there was no shampoo or soap in the shower. However there were lots of old and already used remains of bars of soap in the showers. Which was a bit unpleasant

The staff allowed us to check out at later becose our bus was at 6 pm. So we didn't have to carry our luggage around the city the whole day

Very spacious private room with balcony overlooking the river. Clean showers and toilet. Very nice contact with the host. Always on hand to help with any problems. Easy check in and check out.Located directly at the S-Bahn station.

The beds creaked a lot and the slatted frame on one bed was broken. We put the mattresses on the floor, which was a lot more comfortable. The wifi did not work.

Room was big for a budget single size. Room rate was cheap/affordable. Stoves in the kitchen are effective and quick to heat up. Fridges are clean and there is space on the shelves. Close to the train station although far away from city centre.

Kitchen has no cooking knives so I had to cut my vegetables with a cutlery/butter knife. The kitchen overall is not very functional and only one person can really cook at a time. The room walls are paper thin and I was woken in the middle of the night by someone on a phone call in the next room. Any noise made was super loud at night. Overall the hostel seemed to be in slight disrepair. Wifi did not work at all during my stay and when connected to wifi it said ‘No internet connection.’ I did message the hostel flagging this but there was no response. Inside the building there is no 4G/5G access so I was without internet during my stay. Beds seemed uncomfortable and I woke frequently although I normally don’t have a problem sleeping on most beds, camping mats, etc.

The place was lovely, the room was beautifully decorated. The bus stop and train station were very close, the staff was amazing and helpful.

The wifi had no connection to the internet and the floors were nasty, you walked around in white socks for a bit and they would be black.

The hostel is located 5 min walk away from S-Bahn station with rather frequesnt service to Wien Westbanhof. The trains run starting early in the morning and until late in the night. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The surroundings of the hostel are very peaceful.

Bathroom could be cleaner.

The hostel is well-connected with Vienna and its urban area, thanks to the S-Bahn stop 200 m away from the location. The room was great, I loved the huge window and balcony and everything was very quiet.

The communication with the staff is entirely dependent on Whatsapp; there is one phone number that people take turns to respond to. Therefore, there is no reception desk to which you can always go to in case you need something. It's not a dealbreaker, but it can be a bit cumbersome.

It was close to train station.

The room, specifically, the mattress sheet and pillow covers were dirty on arrival. During our stay, wifi connection did not work!!! Last but not the least, I wish there was a vending machine for drinks.

The bed and the pillows were not clean. In addition, the bed creaks whenever I move in my sleep.

Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful.

The staff is nice, well prepared and lexible.

No parking place, the room was not clean and well maintaned.

Lots of space in room, in common areas, really lots of space in room we had.

Dirty, lots of stains, floor super dirty probably rarely washed, no fly nets on windows so lots of bugs coming in. I'd rather pay a little more for cleaning than like this.
