The beds were very squeaky. And there was no shampoo or soap in the shower. However there were lots of old and already used remains of bars of soap in the showers. Which was a bit unpleasant

The check-in process was very easy, and the property made sure we were familiar with their system. We really appreciated that we didn’t have to wait at a reception or deal with any unnecessary formalities.

The beds creaked a lot and the slatted frame on one bed was broken. We put the mattresses on the floor, which was a lot more comfortable. The wifi did not work.

The wifi had no connection to the internet and the floors were nasty, you walked around in white socks for a bit and they would be black.

The place was lovely, the room was beautifully decorated. The bus stop and train station were very close, the staff was amazing and helpful.

The hostel is located 5 min walk away from S-Bahn station with rather frequesnt service to Wien Westbanhof. The trains run starting early in the morning and until late in the night. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The surroundings of the hostel are very peaceful.

The communication with the staff is entirely dependent on Whatsapp; there is one phone number that people take turns to respond to. Therefore, there is no reception desk to which you can always go to in case you need something. It's not a dealbreaker, but it can be a bit cumbersome.

The hostel is well-connected with Vienna and its urban area, thanks to the S-Bahn stop 200 m away from the location. The room was great, I loved the huge window and balcony and everything was very quiet.

Dirty, lots of stains, floor super dirty probably rarely washed, no fly nets on windows so lots of bugs coming in. I'd rather pay a little more for cleaning than like this.

However, we were quite disappointed by the so-called kitchen in the apartment. While it looks nice at first glance, it’s not functional at all. There are decorative kitchen elements and furniture, but no stove, no toaster, and no real cooking area. There’s only a capsule coffee machine (without any capsules provided), a kettle, a fridge, and some very basic dishes. So, technically, it’s not a usable kitchen. You can cook in the shared kitchen two floors down, which is well-equipped—but then what’s the point of having a "kitchen" in the apartment? Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially thanks to the design, cleanliness, and responsive host—but the kitchen setup was misleading and disappointing.

We stayed in a holiday apartment that was part of the hostel and were really impressed with the modern, stylish interior. Everything was clean, new, and felt high-quality. Even though there was no staff on-site, communication with the host was fast, smooth, and very professional. When we reported a leak in the washing machine via WhatsApp, it was fixed immediately—great service! The location is also convenient: about 15–20 minutes by car to the city center. A big plus: dogs are welcome, which we really appreciated. Also, on weekends, there’s free parking available in the surrounding side streets, which made things much easier for us.

The hostel is a little out of the center of vienna but is definitely worth the commute which is very easy and cheap. A litte oasis.

I found a big spiderweb on the wall of my room; they forgot to give me towels; the vent system in the toilette was dismounted; they gave me wrong information about where to park my car, and when I let them know about the mistake, they told me it's none of their business.

Hostel is hostel.... people are people. Someone left used socks in the bathroom, another day the whole bathroom floor was covered with water after Someone took crazy shower. Be ready for the hostel experience.

Clean place and quiet surroundings, great place for relaxing away from city and all the buzz. Shared floor bathroom and kitchen. Good value for money.

In the booking description it states that they offer free parking and when i booked it I messaged them that we will be coming by car and will need a parking spot. A few days before our arrival they massaged me that they don't have any free spots anymore. We only chose this accommodation because they had free parking spots and also they were pricier because of that. Also the apartment had a bit of a not well ventilated smell, and the couch was a bit too small and very uncomfortable. The bed had old sheet or they were washed badly because there was hair and stains on the bedding. Also we didn't get any capsules for the coffee but the machine was there. Another problem that we had was that there was only one towel for a person and we stayed for 2 nights. I can't dry my face with the towel I dried my body and feet.

Check-in was at the time we arrived and got the codes for the main door and apartment, so we don't need to have in-person contact with the owner.

Our beds were very creaky and two of the planks underneath my bed snapped loose at some point; however, when we brought this up someone came over very quickly to fix it. The coffee machine was out of coffee during our entire stay which was a shame.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our twin room, and the fact that we had an accessible balcony. The building and the rooms look modern and neat. Overall great value for the price.
