In a good location, property looked nice and modern inside, room was very nice.

Shower tended to let water onto the floor, fridge in room wasn’t cold.

Excellent service, great location, the best staff.

Staff was super friendly. Location is great, in a quiet area of the city, within walking distance of the city center. Breakfast was great and A LOT of options. Parking is cheaper than other options in the city, and was easy to get to.

The location was perfect to explore the city and to make day trips from. We initially booked for five nights, enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Paula (thank you for helping us to extend our stay and answer all our questions). Breakfast was great with a good selection and again services by friendly staff.

Close to sub way underground to get to other stations. Hotel was lovely and staff were very helpful etc.

Loved our stay here. Location is great, breakfast also great. Beds are so comfy. Aircon in room was a God send. Would definitely come back....

Only the location. The rest is rather simple and cheap

The hotel smelled still with old cigarettes, rooms were rather poorly equipped, The staff didn’t look especially clean dressed

Lovely airy and big room. Very comfortable bed. Coffee machine worked well. Helpful and pleasant staff. 15 mins walk to the centre. Good value for money.

Bathroom was nice but an overhead shower would be better. We didn’t try the breakfast as it was 26 euro per person which was a bit too much.

Great staff at the reception and for breakfast. They are real gems. Hotel location is decent - good walk to old town, and not noisy at night. Good eating places and metro nearby - walking distance.

Extremely slow internet. I could not get a stable or decent connection. The internet alone was a major spoiler of my impression of the hotel There is no electric kettle in the room, so tea lovers are at a disadvantage.

The location was great and the staff was nice. When we arrived they upgrade our room to a bigger room by their kindness.

The breakfast was expensive so we didn’t get it.

The receptionist was pleasant

The room was extremely small, I was unable to stand upright in half of the room as the roof was so low.
