From experience, staff didn't match the standard of the hotel...very poor response from the crew ...even vain behaviour from the front desk. Breakfast not included but no tag to remind it...except on the invoice once digested

There is no kettle or fridge in the room. We reported that the shower outlet was clogged. We got a cold response and nothing was done.

The location is at the periphery of the center but near enough to walk. There is a bus/tram stop just outside the hotel. So it is quiet but not difficult to go to all the attractions. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms are old and need updating. Carpet in room is unclean feeling. No AC or mini fridge.

This location is great! From the door to the historical park of Salzburg is a short walk though a safe walking tunnel or within 2 minutes you are at the stair to get on top of the Mönchsberg for spectacular views and you can walk all the way to the fortress. The main areas of the hotel is modern. Staff were very helpful and they gave us a free bus pass to use the whole time we were in Salzburg.

Shower in bath, no slip mat in bath so difficult for seniors to get in and out of. Beds very low. Noisy guests at 4am. No fridge No kettle. No cafe/shop open close by.

breakfast and parking were extra charge and a bit over priced (especially breakfast) Breakfast was ok with eggs, wieners, yogurt and some fruits...plenty of breads which are not desirable for my diet, but you might enjoy. The price was capitalism.

Unfortunately, I got the wrong information regarding the parking ticket when checking out. My original ticket was destroyed and only the refund ticket was returned. I asked three times, if the receptionist was sure about this. Yes, she was sure, not saying that she was new. Of course, it turned out that I could not leave the garage. Had to call the staff in the garage who issued me a new ticket, telling me that I was already the 2nd one. It turned out the receptionist was new. Mistakes can happen, but insisting that she is sure about this although she is new in the job is equivalent to lying. Costed me half an hour travelling time, before I could leave the parking garage.

Great location just 5 minutes outside the city center. Easy on-site parking. Both are huge pluses for busy Salzburg. Our room was basic but clean. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Hotel has a lift.

Ridiculously priced breakfast for €19 pP, no tea- and coffee facilities and no fridge in rooms (they offer complimentary coffee and tea if you walk to reception in the morning during reception hours), getting woken up at 7.45am from cleaning ladies offering to make the room (happened on two consecutive days, pretty annoying getting loud bumping on the door and calling out)

3 minutes walk to old town, rooms at the back are pretty quiet, grocery market nearby
