Our room was on the first floor, facing the street, which forced us to have the curtains fully shut all the time, otherwise we would be fully visible from the outside. We asked to be moved and got a different room, on a higher floor, the next day. The hotel was fully booked, so they could accommodate us only the next day, but the staff was very nice about it.

What’s not to like? It was all lovely.

Location is excellent with easy public transport connections in all directions - centre, airport, main station. Beautiful building, lovely rooms, super friendly and helpful staff. Aircon worked a treat when we were there during the 37C summer week. This hotel was recommended by friends who stay in Vienna on a regular basis and it did not disappoint!

The location is a bit far from the main attractions in central Vienna. There is a train / subway station nearby that is convenient for making transfer to desired locations.

The breakfast was delicious and diverse in its offerings. Nice! The room was a good size and the bed comfortable.

The room was spacious and quiet with a lovely view of trees. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and even a bathtub. The room had a minibar, coffee maker, kettle and coffee or tea or you could opt for a buffet breakfast. Staff was excellent.

Nothing really - but the room we stayed in had a few light fixtures that weren't working, TV remote did not work. Maybe it would have been addressed, if we had let the staff know - but it wasn't really anything major for us to complain about.

good location, near to public transport. Room was spacious, bright, clean. Staff were helpful. It was a nice touch to provide complimentary drinks for guests who choose to opt out of everyday room cleaning in support of sustainability.

I had a free room upgrade so I don't know if this is always the case but there were free bottles of water, welcoming chocolate cake and a splendid coffee machine. The "upgraded room" was huge. and facilities great. Fantastic hotel

I had a headache due to my sleeping position, the pillow was not comfortable for me, it was too thin.

Location for what I needed it was perfect as I was for work there. The breakfast was good.

The thing I didn’t like about the room cleaning was that they hadn’t changed the sheets or towels, which we had left on the floor. The cleaners had simply folded them, but not changed them, and this is unforgivable for the level of service they aim to offer. And I want to precise that we stayed for 3nights.

Great location for the city centre and near the metro to the airport. It is well served by public transport but we walked everywhere. The staff were very helpful and even the trainee was extremely professional.

Ideally, carpet or a rug on the floor rather than floorboards in winter.

We did not have breakfast. The wellness centre was excellent as was the location - very close to a tram and train stop, which enabled us to get to the old town quickly and easily. The water was hot in the bathroom and the heating worked very well, so that we were always comfortable. A really good stay!

Gym could be better - weights at 14kg tops, quite small. I guess it’s because very few guests are visiting it - met only one person there. The breakfast could be better, especially scrambled eggs, but it was still more than worth the price

Staff was really nice, location and views from the room were great. Also it was really quiet even though it’s very close to city centre. Really enjoyed the sauna.
