Please be informed that the hotel is an Art nouveau building built in 1888 and is nowadays a listed building situated in the 3rd district of Vienna next to the castle Belvedere and the botanic garden. With the direct tram connection, it takes you 10 minutes to the opera. We hope that on your next visit, the benefits of our location become even more apparent.
