I am more than delighted to read that you were so satisfied with our very good breakfast, our central location as well as our comfortable and spacious rooms. Please accept my sincere apology for not being able to meet our usual standards during your recent stay. We have taken note of your feedback regarding the cleanliness of the room and would like to reassure you that that your comments have been shared with the housekeeping team and action has been taken to ensure these matters are corrected moving forward. We are sorry that our beds were nit to your liking, please be informed that we operate within the European Standard, therefore, we provide single duvets in every room. I am very sorry that there was a misunderstanding when ordering and of course we will look into this in order to make improvements. We are very sorry that the decor and style of your room and hotel did not meet your expectations - please be informed that the hotel is a very historical building, built before the turn of the century and under monument protection. I´m very sorry that you were not satisfied with the air-condition in your room - Please be informed that we have a heatwave at the moment in Vienna, but nevertheless our air-condition is generally working well. We are very sorry to read that you have encountered a problem with the quality of our WiFi.
