The staff were a bit lost and not super helpful at the reception. The reception wasn't open in the morning before 8am and we had a trouble returning keys.

Over priced for a 1 night. There was tea and coffee machine but there was no coffee nor tea pod! They could have put 1 coffe and 1 tea pod. For the price that we paid, is it not too much to make customer experience better with very small things!

Location is great. Hotel itself was good as well. People who are in the reception super polite, friendly and helpful. Its very easy to reach Hallstatt by bus or ferry! Great breakfast!

There was a ventilation system in the bathroom that was too loud and the first day I could not sleep. The second day it was fixed . Even though the check in was at 4 , which I consider to be late already , when I got there I still had to wait for the room to be ready.

Hard beds

Beautiful location, right on the lake. The restaurant was great, breakfast was nice, staff were friendly and helpful. Situated next to the boat station to Hallstatt. Bus stop on site for the bus to Hallstatt and Five Fingers. It rained a lot while we were there but the indoor pool was nice and not crowded.

Beds a little firm for my liking.

Modern units, massive bathrooms, plugs near bed, great wifi, reserved parking spots for you outside the units. Bikes can be hired and close to Halstatt. The breakfast has plenty of options, both cooked and cereal options. Restaurant on-site with good food.

Great location, parking on site provided and easy, good size room. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, great lighting and ventilation in the room when windows open. Bike hire from the main building is fairly straight forward, staff were helpful.

There was no air conditioning. Our room stayed very hot although it wasn't summer yet and it did get colder in the night time. The storage room was very hot. We could only solve it by opening all the doors and then all the flies and mosquitos would fly in. It really wasn't clean enough: our sheets had stains. The walls had many stains, the room could use some paint. The bed really wasn't comfortable. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper. When I asked about it at the reception, I had to buy additional toilet paper. This is the first hotel ever, where only 1 roll was provided. I noticed this at a bit before 8pm, if it would have been a bit later, I would have been unable to get extra from the hotel store!!

The location is amazing, just a few kms from Hallstatt. The ship station to Hallstatt is just a short walk away. It's also possible to rent a bike. Parking is included. There is a pool and a fitness. The location is very quiet and beautiful. The room had a lovely terrace. Breakfast was good. We especially loved the bread options. There was a coffee machine with good coffee cups provided, some tea bags and even a few candles.

Location is excellent, just on opposite side of the lake from Hallstatt. Very family friendly with huge compound -and facilities. Lovely view of the lake and the surrounding

It wasn't necessarily a dislike- just keep in mind that this is a resort so it can get quite busy when trying to attend the front reception to ask questions.

Really great accommodation. We stayed in the main building but you can also rent a whole cabin out if you desire. I felt like this accommodation had everything! Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Opportunity to do washing for 6 euros per load (washing and drying), a swimming pool, delicious buffet breakfast each morning, convenience store on-site where you could buy all kinds of products including wine, snacks, chocolates etc. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. It was also a very short drive to Hallstatt (10 mins) and the Dachstein Krippenstein Ice-caves (about ten minutes)
