We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Germany- VERY noisy guests staying there. They consider it normal to have a party with loud music in the front yard at 23:00, or to shout in the corridors at night. I have had a hard time trying to fall asleep. - Not really friendly staff - The shower cabin doors aren't leak-proof, so there is a puddle on the floor after showering.

PolandEl trato de personal, we have left the wedding ring in the room and asked about sending it back. We called several times to ask if it still was there and finally they admitted they found it. The lady from the hotel was extremely rude with us, shouting on the phone that they won’t send even if we pay for the courier delivery, the only way to get it back is get back to hotel.

PolandAir condition centrally switched off at 10.00 p.m. Staff while cleaning took all towels and did not supply new ones. We had to ask for new ones and it was problematic for the reception lady. Breakfast rather poor and plates empty; we had to ask for bread. Understaffed, definitely.
Nice location in a small town with good access to Vienna and the region. Close to supermarkets / shopping area. Free parking in front of the building.
