You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I was rarely welcomed so warmly and friendly as in this accommodation. The lady running the house was extremely helpful and careful, seeking to make our stay as comfortable as anyhow possible. The breakfast buffet was rich and left no wishes open, and the rooms were unusually large and comfortable. We slept wonderful.

HungaryThe room had a quite unpleasant odor, like in a smoking room. We tried to keep the window open all the time however it was cold at first night. When we closed the window the smell became immediately powerful. There were no hot/warm water at all in the evenings and hardly in the mornings. We managed to have a shower with hot water only the last evening around 7 pm. We usually have shower before we go to bed around 10 pm but we had only cold water then. We tried also in the mornings but we were lucky with the hot water only last day when we got up early. Also water pressure was very weak, hair washing was a real challange. The mattress and the pillows were extremely soft, for us were uncomfortable. The first night was cold so I used the extra blanket which was not washed up after the last guest, there was leftover food on it.
Check-in solved in advance and on-line, we could arrive later in the evening, after the official check-in period. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, there are no alternatives for people on special diet however Irma arranged soya milk for us for the second breakfast. There is no bar or restaurant but the pension offers some wines, snacks, coffees in a self service like system. Spar is only 3 minutes walking distance from the pension. Several wine bars and restaurants are at walking distance. The pension is in a quite calm and quiet area. There were free toiletries in the bathroom.
