Apartments are a bit outdated with very old furniture. The carpets do not seem clean. The water in the swimming pool is cold.

The hotel is big and has separate apartments too. With kids it would be better to stay in the main building.

The hotel is worth the money. The staff is good and helpy. We took half board and we are happy with it. You can find what to eat with your taste. There are many parking places.

Great hotel with very friendly staff and very well organized made our stay unforgettable. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. All facilities were very clean and lovely to enjoy. Food was very well prepared and delicious. The shuttle service was fantastic so we could easy to get to and from the slopes. We would love to come back next year.

Wonderful spacious room with fresh renovation. Breakfast has something for everyone, but I would have liked to see more fruit selection rather than just apples/pears and fruit salad. Half board includes a wonderful dinner, which consists of soup, salad, main course and dessert - very tasty and made from local products.

During the dinner the salads are always too vinegarish...We don't know why the cook use it too much for each salads.. I am also cook but don't need the bunch of vinegar into the salads.

The room was clean and modern, the breakfast was excellent and the dinner was good but there is but.. One of the waitress was extremely nice with the long hair and braces ( Thank you for her! )

We used a glass in our room at the beginning of the holiday, and it was not cleaned. The main courses of the evening meal were not traditional Austrian food.

Breakfast was superb. The complementary afternoon tea on the terrace was a real pleasure. The staff were friendly and spoke English.

There’s not much we didn’t like here. The rooms were a bit warm (if you kept the window closed) and the fire alarm went off one night (but that’s not in their control and it’s good to see that they work). Everything else was great!

We had a really lovely getaway in Fließ. The staff were very kind and attentive and the vibe is very nice in the hotel. Both breakfast and dinner are delicious and good value. The pool is a nice touch and the views are unmatched.

The bed was a bit too hard. The sauna went off already at 7 pm, so it was not possible to have a great Finnish löyly at that time anymore. Before that the two saunas were great!

Our room had a beautiful view, we could also see the sunset from our balcony. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and breakfast and dinner were delicious. The sauna and pool area were great! Not too far away from Ischgl and St. Anton. We would come again to this hotel when in the area.

For us the top surprise was the food. We expected buffet dinner but it was gourmet dinner, nicely presented. Tastes we’ve never experienced before. Another unexpected highlight for us was the ski dry room to warm up your boots after a day on the slopes. Add the indoor pool to the list for maximum relax while you wait for the dinner to be ready.

Prices for beverages (dinner & breakfast) too high. Pool area could use a facelift. Not something bad but rather an advice: it’s more of a family hotel (kids & babies) so I wouldn’t recommend it for couples.
